국문 초록

体育仲裁是专门解决竞技体育纠纷的法律制度，在实践中发挥着重要作用。体育仲裁的性质应与普通仲裁的一样，属民间性质。公正和效益是体育仲裁的重要价值目标。体育仲裁的范围主要是竞技体育中的专业纠纷，也可以是竞技体育中的民商事纠纷。体育仲裁协议有强制性的特点，但与自愿性是统一的。体育仲裁的程序要符合程序正义，保障和适应竞技体育的发展要求。

영문 초록

Arbitration for Sport is the legal system that designed to resolve sports disputes, in practice, play an important role. The nature of Arbitration for Sport should be the same as the ordinary arbitration, is a non governmental in nature. Fairness and efficiency is an important value goal of Arbitration for Sport. The range of Arbitration for Sport is mainly in the professional sports disputes may also be a competitive sport in the civil and commercial disputes. There is a mandatory feature of the arbitration agreement, but the voluntary nature is unified. Sports arbitration process to comply with procedural justice, security and meet the development requirements of competitive sports.
