국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인재활상담사의 직무요인과 상담 전문성 자기효능감이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 후 상담 전문성이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 직무요인과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 장애인재활상담사 50명으로 이들이 작성한 설문지를 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, 신뢰도와 상관관계, 회귀분석과 Bootstrap 검정을 사용했다. 분석 결과 첫째, 직무요인 중 보상이 높을수록 심리적 소진이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무요인 중 좋은 인간관계를 가지고 있을수록 심리적 소진이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상담 전문성 중 상담 활동이 증가할수록 심리적 소진이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 재활상담사의 상담 전문성과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 직무요인과 자기효능감의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 장애인재활상담사의 심리적 소진을 경감시킬 수 있는 구체적인 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the effects of job factors, counseling expertise and self-efficacy on burnout among rehabilitation counselors, and then tested the mediating effects of job factors and self-efficacy on the effects of counseling expertise on burnout. The subjects of the study were 50 rehabilitation counselors working in the field of disability welfare, and the questionnaires they filled out were analyzed using SPSS 24.0, and descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, reliability and correlation, regression analysis, and Bootstrap test were used. The results of the analysis showed that, first, the higher the compensation among the job factors, the lower the burnout, and second, the better the human relationship, the lower the burnout. Third, acquisition of counseling expertise and increased activity as a counselor were associated with lower burnout. Fourth, the mediating effects of job factors and self-efficacy on the relationship between rehabilitation counselors' counseling expertise and burnout were verified. Based on the findings of this study, specific suggestions were made to reduce burnout among rehabilitation counselors with disabilities.
