발달장애 근로 청년의 1인 가구 자립생활 지원 욕구에 관한 연구: 장애 당사자⋅보호자⋅지원인력을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 발달장애 근로 청년이 1인 가구로 자립생활을 유지하는데 필요한 지원 욕구에 대해 다층적으로 살펴보고, 지역사회 자립생활을 위한 실천 전략을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자 구성은 발달장애 근로 청년이 경험하는 자립생활 삶의 구조와 맥락을 알아보고자 총 6명으로 구성하였다. 장애 당사자 2명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였고, 보호자 그리고 지원인력 각 2명을 대상으로 초점집단 면접을 진행하였다. 자료 분석방법은 Strauss Corbin(1998)의 코딩 과정을 기초로 전사한 자료를 약호화(cording)하여 주제 생성 작업을 통해 범주화하고 코드를 부여하는 구체화된 자료 분석과정으로 진행하였다. 발달장애 근로 청년의 1인 가구 자립생활에 대해 장애 당사자, 보호자, 그리고 지원인력이 경험한 연구 분석 결과는 10개의 상위 범주와 24개의 하위 범주, 그리고 33개의 의미 범주로 일상생활, 의료⋅건강, 평생교육, 경제생활, 사회참여, 미래 준비, 결혼⋅양육, 가족, 인권, 복지서비스로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 발달장애 근로 청년이 지역사회에서 안정적인 자립생활을 도모할 수 있도록 장애인복지를 위한 정책적⋅실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the working environment of certified rehabilitation counselors for the people with disabilities (CRC). This study explored the working environment of CRC using a questionnaire in order to take a step toward becoming an expert who provides direct services based on the development and expertise in the field of rehabilitation counseling. Based on literature review, the questionnaire including demographic status, working conditions, value of work, relationship between users and coworkers, burnout, legal obligations, continuing education, and rehabilitation practice was developed. The survey was collected in June 2023, and the final analyzed number of participations in the survey was 308, which was found to be representative of 5,400 CRC in S. Korea based on G*Power. The results of the study showed that there was a high rate of women, university (college) graduates, level 1 CRC, majoring in rehabilitation counseling, and working at community rehabilitation facilities. Based on the research results, for CRC, it was proposed to improve the labor condition for practitioners, support continuous education and training, and improve social awareness.
