국문 초록

我国职业体育联赛中的体育纠纷越来越复杂也越来越多，由于体育纠纷不同于一般的民商事争端，当事人受到更多的公众关注，再加上运动员运动寿命的有限性以及体育比赛的时效性等特点，如何公正、及时、合法地解决体育纠纷以尽可能最大程度地维护争端当事人尤其是运动员的利益，成了广大体育运动参与者以及体育运动研究者关注的问题之一。笔者希望通过对现实中出现的纠纷的研究，研究其解决机制，找出解决问题的方法。

영문 초록

Sports disputes in Chinese professional leagues have been increasing in both volume and complexity. Given that sports dispute is different from common civil dispute, the involved partied are more likely to be the focus of public attention. Furthermore, athletes’ sports life is rather limited and the games are time relevant, therefore how to settle sports disputes in a fair, timely, and legal manner so as to best protect the parties involved has been an important issue for sports participants and relevant researchers to follow closely. By studying on current disputes, the author aims to examine dispute settlement mechanisms and discover solutions for sports disputes.
