국문 초록

연구목적: 대학의 핵심역량진단은 지나치게 많은 문항으로 인한 학생들의 설문 피로도 증가 및 신뢰도 저하, 문항 난이도의 검증 부실로 인한 진단도구의 타당도 저하, 단일한 진단도구로 인한 할생들의 시험효과 발생 등의 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하는 방법으로 Rasch 모형을 이용하여 동형의 이종 진단도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 충청북도에 소재한 K대학교의 핵심역량진단도구를 대상으로 Rasch 모형의 적합도 분석, Wright Map 분석 등과 고차모형 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 이원분산분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 핵심역량진단도구는 Rasch 모형의 문항 적합도 분석을 통해 의미 있게 활용할 수 있는 문항을 중심으로 간소화되었다. Wright Map을 통해 유사문항들을 확인하고, 이를 서로 다른 진단도구로 각각 분류함으로써 이종의 동형 검사지를 개발하였다. 이종의 진단지는 Rasch 모형의 적합도와 신뢰도 분석, 진단지 간 상관관계 분석과 이원분산분석 등을 통해 동형성이 검증되었다. 논의 및 결론: 핵심역량진단도구를 이종 진단지로 간소화함으로써 학생들의 설문 피로도를 해소하고 측정오류를 최소화하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 대학이 정기적으로 수행하는 핵심역량진단의 반복측정에 의한 시험효과를 방지하면서도 학생들의 역량 변화를 효과적으로 측정하는 데에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The university s core competency diagnosis has problems such as an increase in student s questionnaire fatigue due to too many questions, a decrease in the validity of the diagnostic tool due to poor verification of the difficulty of the item, and the occurrence of test effects due to a single diagnostic tool. The purpose of this study is to develop a heterogeneous diagnostic tool using the Rasch model as a way to solve those problems. Method: This study conducted an analysis of fitness of Rasch model, Wright Map analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis of higher order model, correlation analysis, and binary variance analysis. Results: The core competency diagnosis tool has been simplified around items that can be used meaningfully through the item fit analysis of the Rasch model. Similar questions were identified through Wright Map and classified into different diagnostic tools to develop heterogeneous homozygous test papers. The heterogeneity was verified through analysis of the fit and reliability of the Rasch model, correlation analysis and binary variance analysis, and so on. Conclusion: Simplifying the core competency diagnosis tool into heterogeneous diagnosis papers will help relieve student fatigue and minimize measurement errors. It is expected that it will help to effectively measure changes in students competencies, while preventing the effects of the test by repeated measurement of core competency assessments performed regularly by universities.
