국문 초록

본 연구는 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정의 핵심적인 특징 중의 하나인 수학 교과 역량이 3, 4학년 익힘책 역량 문항에 어떻게 나타나고 있는지 분석하고 그 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 익힘책의 역량 문항은 교과서에서 학습한 내용을 토대로 다양하고 깊이 있게 생각하면서 6가지 교과 역량을 골고루 신장하게 하는 것이 목표이다. 따라서 실제로 이러한 목표가 제대로 구현되고 있는지 각 학기별, 단원별 6가지 수학 교과 역량의 빈도, 내용 영역별 수학 교과 역량의 빈도, 문항이 목표하는 역량 수를 분석하였다. 또한 제시된 교과 역량의 적절성, 교수 학습 요점 파악의 용이성 등 교사들이 활용가능하게 수학 교과 역량이 적절히 제시되었는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 추론이 가장 강조되었고, 태도 및 실천 역량의 비중이 낮았다. 내용 영역에 따른 역량의 빈도 차이는 내용 영역에서 목표하는 역량 또는 구현하기 용이한 역량이 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 문항별 목표 역량 수의 비율이 차이가 많은 나는 부분은 교사들에게 혼란을 줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 문항 내용의 성격이나 구조가 유사한 문항에 대해서는 역량을 일관성 있게 제시하여 지도상 혼란을 줄일 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the mathematics competencies suggested as one of the key features of the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum are represented in the 3rd and 4th grade workbooks and provide implications. The purpose of the workbooks competency items is to develop six subject competencies evenly while thinking in depth and variety based on the content learned in the textbook. The frequency of the six mathematical competencies for each semester and unit, the frequency of mathematical competencies for each content area, and the number of competencies targeted by the items were analyzed to see if these goals are being properly implemented. In addition, it was analyzed whether mathematical competencies were appropriately presented so that teachers could use it. As a result of the analysis, reasoning was the most emphasized, and the proportion of attitude and practice was low, which is valid in light of the purpose of the workbook. The difference in the frequency of competencies according to the content area showed that there is a competency aimed at or easy to implement in the content area. The difference in the ratio of the number of target competencies for each item seems to be confusing to teachers. Finally, it is necessary to consistently present mathematical competencies for questions with similar characteristics or structure of the content of the items.
