빅데이터를 활용한 비대면 온라인 교육 이슈 분석

국문 초록

최근 코로나19 발생에 의한 교육부 권고에 의하여, 각 교육기관은 온라인 강의를 실행하고 있다. 비대면 온라인 교육은 준비 없이 시행되어, 다양한 보완점이 발생하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 각 교육기관의 온라인 교육 전환에서 어떠한 이슈가 발생하는지를 빅데이터에 의하여 분석하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 텍스톰(Textom)을 통하여 다양한 의견들이 존재하는 소셜네트워크 빅데이터를 수집하고 유씨넷6(Ucinet6) 분석 도구 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 ‘대학’과 관련된 키워드가 주를 이루었으며 중심성이 높은 키워드는 ‘불만’과 ‘공지’와 같은 키워드들이었다. 데이터 분석 결과 갑작스러운 온라인 강의로의 전환으로 인한 정보 부족과 온라인 강의를 실시하는 방법에 대한 어려움을 가진 교육자와 학점, 등록금, 강의의 품질과 같은 문제를 가지는 학습자를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 학습자들이 겪는 문제점을 제시하였으며 교육기관은 단일화된 플랫폼 사용과 적정량의 과제, 등록금 일부 환불과 같은 조치를 취하면서 해결해나가야 한다.

영문 초록

According to the recommendation of the Ministry of Education by the recent outbreak of Corona19, each educational institution is conducting online lectures. Non-face-to-face online education was implemented without preparation, resulting in various complementary points. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze by big data what issues arise in each educational institution s transition to online education. Therefore, this study collected social network big data with diverse opinions through Textom and analyzed the data using Ucinet6 analysis tool program. The study found that keywords related to university were the main ones, while keywords with high centrality were keywords such as discontent and public notice. The data analysis identified educators who had a lack of information due to the sudden transition to online lectures and difficulties in how to conduct online lectures, as well as learners who had problems such as credits, tuition fees and quality of lectures. The results of this study highlight the challenges that students face, and educational institutions must address them through measures such as using a single platform, the appropriate number of tasks and partial reimbursement of tuition fees.
