예비유아교사의 진로결정자기효능감과 학과만족도가 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시에 영향을 미치는 진로결정자기효능감, 학과만족도 간의관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 충청남도와 전라북도에 소재한 3, 4년제 대학의 유아교육과에재학중인 학생 338명이다. 진로결정자기효능감, 학과만족도, 행복플로리시 검사도구를 통해 연구자료를 수집하고, 수집된 자료는 Pearson 상관분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사의 진로결정자기효능감과 학과만족도, 행복플로리시는 보통 이상 수준이었으며, 이들 변인 간에는 유의미한정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 예비유아교사의 학과만족도는 행복플로리시에 가장 강력하게 영향을미치는 예측변인으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 진로결정자기효능감이 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시에 영향을미치는 추가적 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다. 하위요인을 분석한 결과, 예비유아교사의 학과만족도의 하위요인인일반만족이 행복플로리시를 가장 강력하게 설명하는 예측변인으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 진로결정자기효능감의 미래계획이 행복플로리시를 설명하는 추가적 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다. 이어서 학과만족도의 하위요인인교과만족이 행복플로리시를 설명하는 예측변인으로 나타났으며, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인인 목표선택이 추가적인 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 예비유아교사의 학과만족도와 진로결정자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 경험을 통하여 행복플로리시를 향상시킬 수 있도록 교원양성교육 프로그램을 모색해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of preservice early childhood teachers’ career decision-making self-efficacy and department satisfaction on their happiness flourishing. The subjects of this study were 338 students who were majoring in early childhood education at 3-year or 4-year universities located in Chungcheongnam-do and Jeollabuk-do. Data was collected using test tools of career decision-making self-efficacy, satisfaction with the department, and happy flourishing. The collected data were verified through Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, career decision-making self-efficacy, department satisfaction, and happiness florishing of the participants were above average, and there were significant positive correlations among these variables. The department satisfaction of preservice teachers was found to be the most powerful predictor of happiness florishing and their career decision-making self-efficacy was an additional predicting variable that had a significant effect on happiness flourishing. Therefore, it is necessary to develop early childhood teacher training programs that can help teachers increase their department satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy by experiencing various opportunities to happiness flourishing.
