국문 초록

본 연구는 미술치료를 적용한 진로프로그램을 통해 초등학생의 자기효능감을 향상시키고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 초등학교 2학년 학생 21명을 대상으로 주1회씩 총 15회기를 실시하였다. 자기효능감 변화를 알아보기 위한 연구 도구로 자기효능감검사지와 자화상그림검사를 사전·사후에 실시하여 비교분석하였고, 프로그램의 과정 및 작품, 과제수행을 관찰하고 기록하여 그 변화를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 자기효능감의 하위영역인 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과제난이도선호 등에서 1명의 아동을 제외한 집단구성원 모두가 향상되었으며, 특히 자신감이 가장 많이 향상된 것으로 나타났고, 자화상 그림검사의 하위요인인 크기, 위치, 방향, 생략의 변화는 아동의 개개인의 특성에 따라 긍정과 부정의 변화차가 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 프로그램 과정 및 작품, 과제수행에서는 회기가 거듭될수록 자기표현에 적극적이고 자신감을 가졌으며, 자신의 꿈과 진로를 연계하여 표현할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결론을 통해 미술치료를 적용한 진로프로그램이 초등학생의 자기효능감 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to improve the self-efficacy of elementary school students through a program of applied art therapy career, 2nd grade elementary school students in 21 patients a total of 15 sessions once a week were performed.
