절도행동청소년을 위한 교류분석 집단프로그램 개발과 효과 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 절도행동청소년을 대상으로 교류분석 집단프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2011년 8월부터 11월까지 절도 및 폭력문제로 법원으로부터 수강명령 처분을 받아 부산시청소년상담복지센터로 의뢰된 청소년들을 대상으로 교류분석 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 23명과 통제집단 20명으로 구성되었다. 본 연구에 사용한 측정도구는 자아상태척도, 생활자세척도, 또래동조성 척도, 자아존중감 척도를 사용하여 프로그램의 효과를 측정하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교류분석을 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단보다 자아존중감이 유의미하게 더 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 자아상태, 생활자세, 또래동조성에 있어서는 실험집단과 통제집단간에 유의미한 차이가 나타나진 않았지만 실험집단의 사전-사후검사에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 논의 및 연구의 함의가 제시되었다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop and verify its effectiveness of transactional analysis(T.A) group counseling program for theft adolescents. The Model of T.A program development was based on previous studies and literature reviews. Subjects of the study consisted of adolescents who were caught in the act of theft, afterthen recommended to receive correctional counseling and education at Youth Counseling and Welfare Center in Busan in 2011, instead of being sentenced to legal punishment. A group of 20 adolescents were participated in control group while another group of 23 counterparts in experimental group. In order to verify its effectiveness, scales were used including ego state, a life attitude, peer conformity, and self-esteem scale. The results were as follows. First, scores of the experimental group displayed significantly higher in self-esteem than the control group. Second, the scores of ego states, life attitude, and peer conformity did not showed significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions and its implications were discussed.
