중년여성의 우울증에 대한 정신역동적 집단미술치료

국문 초록

본 연구는 A시의 여성회관을 이용하는 중년기 여성 4명을 대상으로 우울증을 완화시키기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 우울증 정도를 스크린하기 위해서 Beck의 우울증 검사를 하였으며, 검사받은 내담자 중에 24회기 내내 자발적인 참여를 결정한 내담자를 선정하였다. 치료사의 중재는 주로 정신역동적 집단미술치료를 진행하였으며, 내담자의 변화는 BDI, MMPI, 심박수, 혈압, KFD 상의 그림변화를 중심으로 분석하였다. 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 BDI 상에 우울증 점수는 유의하게 감소하였지만, MMPI 상의 우울증 점수 변화는 완전히 일치하지 않았다. 내담자들의 심박수와 혈압은 유의한 차이를 보이지 못했다. KFD 상의 질적인 변화에서는 2명의 내담자는 많은 변화를 보였지만, 2명의 내담자는 그렇지 않았다. 추가적으로 추수 연구자를 위해서 그림변화와 MMPI 상의 변화와 관련지워 논의를 하였다.

영문 초록

This research was conducted to reduce the middle-aged women’s depression for 4 clients who used the community women’s center. Subjects were selected by using the BDI(Beck Depression Inventory) for screening the prospective clients and expressed spontaneously to attend full time of 24 group art therapy sessions. Main therapeutic intervention was consisted of psycho-dynamic therapy techniques. Therapeutic effects were compared the score of the BDI, the MMPI, the heart rate, the blood pressure between pre and post measures. The qualitative analysis of the KFD(Kinetic Family Drawing) also was discussed in terms of the drawing style and contents of drawing. Results were follows; first, although the BDI was significantly reduced on the every client after group art therapy, the depression score of MMPI was not consistently matched with BDI results. The heart rate and the blood pressure did not show significant changes. However. in the case of the qualitative analysis on the KFD, two of clients showed great change in terms of two perspectives on the picture but the other two did not. Additionally, relationship between the changes of drawing and the variations of MMPI score was discussed for the further studies.
