기본 교육과정에 의한 교과의 ‘교과 역량’에 대한 비판적 재해석

국문 초록

본 연구는 특수교육 기본 교육과정의 현장 재구성의 효율성 확보 차원에서‘역량기반 기본 교육과정 재구성 방안’을 모색하는데 목적이 있으며, ‘총론’의‘핵심 역량에 대한 비판적 재해석’에 이어지는 연구로, 기본 교육과정에 의한 교과의‘교과 역량’을 역량 중심으로 교과 간 연계 통합하는 방안 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해‘교과 역량’과‘내용 체계 및 성취기준’에 제시된‘역량’을 해당 교과별로 그리고 교과 간에 관련성을 중심으로 재해석 하였다. 이 연구의 결론으로 첫째, 기본 교육과정에 의한 각 교과의‘교과 역량’은 교과별로 다양하게 제시되고 있으나, ‘핵심 역량’을 선택적으로 준용하고 있으며, 교과역량을 중심으로 교과간의 연계성을 확보하기에는 어려움이 따른다. 둘째, 교과의 내용 체계에 제시되는 ‘핵심 개념’, ‘일반화된 지식’, ‘기능’은 교과 내에서 역량 중심으로 연계성은 확보 할 수 있으나, 이 또한 해당 영역에 종속되어, 교과 간 연계에는 어려움이 따른다. 결론적으로 기본 교육과정에 의한 교과를 ‘교과 역량’과 그 하위 개념에 포함되는 ‘핵심 개념’, ‘일반화된 지식’, ‘기능’은 해당 교과의 특성을 강조하고 있어 교과 내 연계성은 확보 할 수 있으나, 교과 간 연계에는 어려움이 따른다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find a plan for restructuring the competency-based basic curriculum in order to secure the efficiency of on-site reconstruction of the special education basic curriculum. We will explore ways to integrate and integrate curriculum competencies in the curriculum based on the basic curriculum. To this end, the capabilities presented in Curriculum Competency and Content System and Achievement Standards were reinterpreted based on the relevance of each subject and the subjects. As a conclusion of this study, first, capability selectively applies core competencies , but the linkage between subjects is not obvious. Second, the relationship between the curriculum and curriculum comprehension is vague. Third, the core concept and generalized knowledge. The relevance between the functions is partially maintained, but the linkage between the subjects appears to be difficult. Therefore, in order to reconstruct the basic curriculum into a competency-centered approach, it was proposed to adjust the competencies by the subjects and the interdisciplinary links.
