텍스트 마이닝 기반 토픽 모델링을 통한 대학 교수자의 교수(Teaching) 관련 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 21세기 이후 대학 교육 변화의 흐름 속에 대학 교수자의 교수 관련된 연구 주제의 동향을 파악하고, 시간의 흐름에 따라 연구 주제의 변화에 어떠한 특성이 있는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 2000년부터 2019년 7월까지 교육학 관련 KCI 등재 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 대학 교수 관련 주제로 수행된 논문 1,779편의 제목과 주제어를 대상으로 빈도수 분석 및 LDA를 활용한 토픽 모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 대학 교수와 관련하여 학습, 교수, 학생, 교육, 수업, 역량, 상호작용 등의 단어가 높은 빈도로 나타났으며, 연구 주제는 5개의 토픽으로 산출되었다. 이 중 ICT기반의 교수 모형과 교육과정 개발과 관련된 연구 주제가 가장 많이 연구되었으며, 전공별 다양한 교수법에 대한 연구 주제가 최근 3년 동안 상승하고 있다. 교수와 학생의 상호작용에 대한 연구 주제는 2000년 이후로 꾸준히 연구되고 있는 주제이고, 교수 역량 개발 및 평가와 교육과정 개발에 대한 연구 주제는 2009년 이후로 활발히 연구되고 있다. 반면, ICT기반의 교수 모형에 대한 연구 주제는 2010년 이후로 하향하는 연구 주제이다. 논의 및 결론: 대학 교수자의 교수 관련 세부 분야별 연구 현황과 본질을 파악하기 위한 보다 심도 있는 연구들과 장기적이고 거시적인 관점에서 본 연구에서 제시된 연구 주제별로 세분화된 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify trends in research topics related to teaching of university professors in the course of changes in university education since the 21st century, and to identify the characteristics of research subjects with the passage of time. Method: For this purpose, frequency analysis and topic modeling analysis using LDA were performed on the titles and subjects of 1,779 papers published in KCI journals of education fields from 2000 to July 2019. Results: There were high frequency words of learning, teaching, students, education, classes, competences, and interactions related to university professors, and the research topics were calculated with five topics. Among them, research topics related to ICT-based teaching models and curriculum development have been studied the most, and research topics on various teaching methods by major are increasing in recent three years. The subject of research on the interaction between professors and students has been continuously studied since 2000, and the subjects of teaching competency development and evaluation and curriculum development have been studied since 2009. On the other hand, the research subject of ICT-based teaching model has been declining since 2010. Conclusion: More in-depth studies are needed to understand the present status and nature of university professors teaching, and the research needs to be subdivided into the research topics presented in this study from a long-term and macro perspective.
