국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아 성별에 따른 교사의 놀이 교수효능감 및 유아의 놀이성과 자아탄력성의 관계를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 유아교육기관 81곳에 재원 중인 만 3세 남아 192명, 여아, 188명의 총 380명과 담임교사 95명을 대상으로 유아의 놀이성, 자아탄력성과 교사의 놀이 교수효능감을 측정하였다. 수집한 자료로 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하였으며, 단계적 선택방식의 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 유아의 성별에 따른 자아탄력성에 대해 유아의 놀이성과 교사의 놀이 교수효능감이 가지는 설명력을 분석한 결과 남아의 자아탄력성 전체에 대해 남아의 놀이성 중 신체적 자발성, 인지적 자발성이, 교사의 놀이 교수효능감 중 놀이 교수결과에 대한 기대가 통계적으로 유의미한 설명력을 보였다. 여아의 자아탄력성 전체에 대해서는 여아의 놀이성 중 신체적 자발성이 유의미한 설명력을 보였다. 논의 및 결론: 이와 같은 결과는 교사의 놀이 교수효능감과 유아의 놀이성이 유아의 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향에 대한 추후 연구의 필요성을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship among young children s playfulness, ego resilience and teachers teaching efficacy by child gender. Method: The subjects of this study were 380 three-year-old children (192 boys and 188 girls) and their 95 teachers from 81 early childhood education and care institutions located in a metropolitan city. Children s playfulness, ego resilience, their teachers teaching efficacy about children s play were measured and the data were analyzed with Pearson s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Ego resilience of the children by gender, the boys physical spontaneity and cognitive spontaneity along with teachers outcome expectancy had statistically significant explanatory power. In the case of girls, the physical spontaneity showed significant explanatory power for the whole ego resilience. Conclusion: These results call for further studies on teachers teaching efficacy and young children s playfulness as factors influencing the development of children s ego resilience.
