국문 초록

이 연구에서는 특성화고 164명을 대상으로 NFTM-TRIZ교수·학습 모형을 적용한 결과 창의성향, 수업몰입, 학업적 자기효능감에 효과가 있는지와 성별, 전공, 전공 만족도, 학업 성적 변인별로 유의한 차이가 있는지를 알아보았다. 이는 특성화고의 교수·학습의 개선 방안을 모색하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단과 통제집단을 비교해본 결과 NFTM-TRIZ교수·학습 모형을 적용한 실험집단이 강의식 수업을 받은 통제집단과 달리 창의성향의 하위영역인 자발성, 독창성, 집착성, 호기심 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이는 NFTM-TRIZ교수·학습 모형에서의 발산적·수렴적 활동이 특성화고 학생인 실험집단에게 창의성향에 긍정적 효과를 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특성화고 학생 수준에 맞게 수정한 NFTM-TRIZ교수·학습 모형을 적용한 실험집단에 사전, 사후 검사를 실시한 결과 창의성향의 하위 영역인 자발성, 독창성, 집착성, 호기심과 수업몰입의 하위영역인 인지몰입, 감정몰입 및 학업적 자기효능감 하위 영역인 자기조절효능감에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 NFTM-TRIZ교수·학습 모형이 특성화고의 교수·학습 개선에 긍정적인 효과를 주고 있다고 해석된다. 셋째, NFTM-TRIZ교수·학습 모형을 적용한 실험집단에 대한 사전, 사후 검사 결과를 특성화고 학생의 변인에 따른 유의한 차이를 분석한 결과 학업성적과 전공만족도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고 성별과 전공은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이는 창의성향, 수업몰입, 학업적 자기효능감에서 유의하게 나타난 하위영역을 향상시켜 학업성적과 전공만족도를 높이는 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study explored whether the NFTM-TRIZ model had impacts on creative disposition, immersion in class, academic self-efficacy and there is a significant difference by variables including gender, majors, satisfaction level in major and academic grades, after applying the NFTM-TRIZ model over 164 students in first year classes in a specialized high school. The purpose of this study is to seek ways to improve teaching and learning in the specialized high school. The conclusion of this study is as follows: First, as a result of the comparative analysis between the experimental group and the control group, it was found that the former showed a significant difference in the sub-areas of creative disposition including spontaneity, creativity, obsession and curiosity, contrary to the latter which was taught in teacher-led lecture. It suggests that divergent and convergent activities in the NFTM-TRIZ model have positive effects on creative disposition of the experimental group. Second, as a result of conducting a pre/post test on the experimental group to which the adjusted NFTM-TRIZ model was applied, a significant difference was found in the sub-areas of creative disposition including spontaneity, creativity, obsession, and curiosity, the sub-areas of immersion in class including cognitive immersion and emotional immersion, and the sub-area of academic self-efficacy like self-regulated efficacy. It can be interpreted that the NFTM-TRIZ model has positive effects on improving teaching and learning in the specialized high school. Third, as a result of analyzing the pre/post test to the NFTM-TRIZ applied experimental group to find out a significant difference by variables, a significant difference was found in academic grades and satisfaction level in major while it was not found in gender and major. This implies that ways to raise academic grades and satisfaction level in major can be sought by improving the sub-areas which showed a significant difference in creative disposition, immersion in class, and academic self-efficacy.
