국문 초록

이 연구는 마이스터고와 특성화고에서 전수 검사로 실시되는 직업기초능력평가 문제해결능력에 대한 현장 교사와 산업체의 실제 직업에서의 중요도와 직업기초능력평가로서의 타당도를 분석하여 직업기초능력평가가 지속적이며 안정적으로 운영되고 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정상의 개념지식의 습득 정도와 실제 직업 상황의 문제 해결능력을 직업기초능력평가 문제해결능력 평가 요소로 포함하는 것이 실제 직업에서의 중요하다고 인식하고 있었으며 타당도 또한 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직업기초능력평가 문제해결능력 평가틀의 교육내용 요소 중 교과 1(공업 입문)의 ‘안전과 환경’과 교과 2(기초 제도)의 ‘기본 도법에 의한 도면 그리기’ 단원의 중요도와 타당도가 각각 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 직업기초능력평가 문제해결능력 평가틀의 문제해결 과정의 문제해결능력 요소 중 문제해결 과정에서 돌발 사건이 발생한 상황에서 그 상황의 원인을 진단하고 해결책을 모색하는 실제적인 문제해결 과정이 산업체 관계자와 교사 모두 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 직업기초능력평가 문제해결능력 평가틀의 행동영역 별 적절한 문항 수로 ‘체제 분석 및 실행’에 두 문항, ‘대안 탐색 및 선택’에 두 문항, ‘대안 실행 및 적용’에 세 문항, ‘대안 평가 및 일반화’에 세 문항이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직업기초능력평가 문제해결능력 평가틀의 문항 소재로 ‘동료나 상사와 협업 상황’에 관한 내용을 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to offer implications about continuous and stable operating and future direction of Test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency(TEEN&UP) through analysis of importance and validity on evaluation framework of problem solving competencies in TEEN & UP which is performed by total inspection by Meister and Specialized Vocational High School Teachers and Industries. The results were as follows; First, Importance and Validity of including subject knowledge of curriculum and ability of problem-solving about the actual job situation as assessment elements of Problem Solving Competencies in TEEN & UP was high. Second, Importance and Validity of lesson of Safety and Environment of subject content elements of Industry entrance and lesson of Drawing Plans based on Basic Drawing Methods of subject content elements of Basic drawing on evaluation framework of problem solving competencies was the highest. Third, All of Teacher and industries recognized that practical problem solving process of diagnosing and finding a solution in the event of unexpected circumstances on evaluation framework of problem solving competencies in TEEN & UP is most important. Forth, Appropriate question number of Action area of evaluation framework of problem solving competencies in TEEN & UP was 2 questions on System analysis and execution , 2 questions on Explore and selection of Alternative‘, 3 questions on ’Execution and application of Alternative‘ and 3 questions on Evaluation of Alternative and generalizations’. Finally, they recognized it most important to be information about the collaborative situations with colleagues and superiors as the questions material of evaluation framework of problem solving competencies in TEEN & UP.
