국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영아교사의 정서지능과 소진의 관계에서 원장의 감성리더십의 조절효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 J시 소재 어린이집 영아반 교사 245명을 대상으로 설문지를 활용하여 영아교사의 정서지능 및 소진, 원장의 감성리더십 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영아교사의 정서지능과 원장의 감성리더십 간에는 정적상관이 나타났으며, 영아교사의 정서지능과 소진 간의 관계, 원장의 감성리더십과 영아교사의 소진 간의 관계에서는 부적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 정서지능과 소진의 관계에서 원장의 감성리더십의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 원장의 감성리더십에 따라 영아교사의 소진정도를 완충시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of the director’s emotional leadership in the relationship between the emotional intelligence and the burnout of infant teachers. For this purpose, the questionnaires were applied to 245 teachers of day care center in J city, and emotional intelligence, exhaustion, and director’s emotional leadership were surveyed. The collected data were analyzed by correlation and regression using SPSS 24.0 statistical program. First, there was a positive correlation between the emotional intelligence of the infant teachers and the emotional leadership of the director. The relationship between the emotional intelligence and burnout of the infant teachers, and the relationship between the director’s emotional leadership and the burnout of the infant teachers appeared negative correlations. Second, there was a moderating effect of the emotional leadership of the director in the relationship between emotional intelligence and burnout of infant teachers. Through this study, it can be seen that the degree of burnout of the infant teachers can be buffered by the director’s emotional leadership.
