국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 어머니의 양육효능감과 훈육방식이 만 2세 영아의 사회정서발달에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 G시에 소재한 어린이집에 다니고 있는 만 2세 영아의 어머니255명으로 질문지를 작성하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS 24.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 백분율, 내적신뢰도, t-test, 일원변량분석, Scheffe 사후검증, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 어머니의 양육효능감, 훈육방식, 영아의 사회정서발달을 살펴본 결과 직업유무, 자녀수, 학력, 연령에 따른 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 어머니의 양육효능감과 훈육방식이 영아의 사회정서발달에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론적으로 어머니의 양육효능감, 훈육방식은 영아의 사회정서발달에 영향을 미치며, 본 연구는 영아가 사회정서적으로 건강하고 긍정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 어머니의 양육효능감을 높이고 긍정적인 훈육방식을 사용하도록 다양한 교육프로그램과 부모교육이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of mother’s parenting efficacy and discipline style of 2-year-old infant’s social emotional development. The subjects of this study were 255 mothers of 2-year-old infants, who go to childcare center located in G city. With collected data, frequency analysis, percentage, Cronbach’s α, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe post-test, and multiple regression were analyzed by uging SPSS 24.0 statistic program. First, it shouled that there were differences according to whether a mother has a job or not, the number of children, mother’s academic background, and age in terms of parenting efficacy, discipline style, infant’s social emotional development. Second, it was analyzed that mother’s parenting efficacy and discipline style had an influence on social emotional development of 2-year-old infants. In conclusion, mother’s parenting efficacy and discipline style seem to have an influence on infant’s social emotional development. These results suggest that various kinds of educational program and parents education are needed to improve mother’s parenting efficacy and to make mother’s to use positive discipline style so that mother can raise her children to be able to grow up healthy and positively in terms of social emotionally.
