With the rapid development of the economy and the surge in the number of college graduates, the employment situation of college students is becoming increasingly severe. Many college students have employment cognitive bias and lack of ability in the process of job searching, which leads to increased difficulty in employment. Against this background, student management in colleges and universities needs to pay more attention to the employment guidance of college students, and enhance their employment competitiveness through scientific career planning, psychological counseling and employment training. This study analyzes the deficiencies in the current management of college students from the characteristics of college students' employment, and discusses the optimization path based on college students' employment.
