자폐 범주성 장애 진단을 받은 아동의 부모를 위한 진단 직후 지원 관련 연구 동향

국문 초록

연구 목적: 본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애 진단 직후 부모를 지원하기 위하여 실시한 부모지원 관련 국내 외 연구의 동향과 이를 바탕으로 조기진단 및 조기개입 현장에 주는 시사점을 모색하기 위해 실시하였다. 연 구 방법: 문헌 검색 절차 기준에 따라 국내외 총 19편의 연구를 선정하여 전반적인 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 진단 직후 부모지원 프로그램 내용 및 특성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 검색 연도 대비 국내외 선행연구는 적은 편이었으며, 특히 국내에서는 관련 연구가 실행되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 지원은 대부분 진단 이후 1년 이내 에 실행된 집단연구가 가장 많았으며, 모두 대면으로 진행되었다. 중재 성과는 아동, 부모, 기타 변인별로 부분 적인 긍정적 성과를 보고하고 있으며, 중재 충실도 실행률은 높지 않은 편이었다. 지원 내용은 정서, 정보, 기술적 내용을 포함하고 있었으며, 실행전략과 중재 강도, 중재실행자는 다양하였다. 결론: 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 국내 조기진단 및 조기개입 환경에서 자폐 범주성 장애 진단 직후 부모지원 발전을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed experimental research to examine trends and suggest future directions for supporting parents of children newly diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). A total of 19 studies were selected based on specific criteria. The research reviewed general trends and analyzed the content and characteristics of parent support programs implemented immediately following diagnosis. The results are as follows: the volume of research was relatively limited, with a noticeable lack of domestic studies. Most of the research consisted of group studies, with only one being a single-subject study. All parent support was conducted face-to-face, with most of them being implemented within one year of diagnosis. The parent support program content included emotional support, informational guidance, and technical skills with varying implementation strategies, intensities, and facilitators. The studies reported partial positive outcomes in child development, parental support, and other related variables. Based on the results of this study, implications for developing and implementing parent support programs in the context of early diagnosis and intervention for ASD were discussed; furthermore, future directions for enhancing these programs in South Korea were proposed.
