국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 진로기관 탐방 프로그램 실행과정에서 나타난 고등학교 특수학급 학생의 변화와 특 수교사가 얻게 된 실천적 지식을 알아보는 데 있다. 연구방법은 실행연구 방법을 적용하였고, 연구참여자는 연구자로서의 교사, 고등학교 특수학급 학생 7명, 프로그램 자문 교사 3명이다. 프로그램 실행과정에서 수집 된 자료를 분석하여 학생의 변화와 특수교사의 실천적 지식을 도출하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 고등학교 특수학급 학생들은 진로에 대한 관심과 정보가 부족했으나, 프로그램을 통해 다양한 진로를 알게 되었고 스스로를 진로의 주체로 인식하며 능동적인 모습을 보이게 되었다. 둘째, 특수교사는 진로교육 시 학 생에게 주도성을 부여하고 긍정적인 환경을 조성해야 하고, 진로체험 시 사전·사후수업이 필요하며, 진로교육 의 중요성과 진로체험의 이면을 깨닫게 되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 진로체험을 위한 방법 과 학생의 진로 지원 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes seen in high school special class students, as well as the practical knowledge acquired by special education teacher during the action process of the career institution exploration program. The research method applied was action research, and the research participants included the teacher in the role of a researcher, seven students from the high school special class, and three advisory teachers for the program. Data collected during the program execution were analyzed to derive the changes in students and practical knowledge of the teachers. The results of the study are as follows: First, high school special class students lacked an interest in and information about careers; however, through the program, they became aware of various career options and showed a proactive attitude towards pursuing their own careers. Second, teachers realized that in career education, it is crucial to grant students autonomy and create a positive environment, that preparatory and follow-up lessons are necessary for career experiences, and that they recognized the importance of career education and the behind-the-scenes aspects of career experiences. Based on these research results, methods for effective career experiences and ways to support students’ career development were discussed.
