국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 지적장애 특수학교 전공과 학생을 위한 성 인권 교육 수업에서 얻게 된 특수교사의 실천적 지식을 알아보는 데 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 실행연구방법을 적용하였고, 연구자 1명, 수업관찰자 4명, 지적장애 전공과 학생 5명, 성교육 전문가 1명이 참여하였다. 총 5차시의 수업 실행 과정에서 수집된 자료를 포괄적 분석절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구 결과, ‘기본 권리로서의 성 인권 교육’, ‘사회생활을 준비하는 성 인권 교육’, ‘성 인권 교육을 위한 협력’, ‘특수교사의 성 인권 교육 톺아보기’ 4개의 상위범주와 12개의 하위범주, 38개의 의미 단위를 구성하였다. 결론 및 제언: 이 연구를 통해 지적장애학생을 위한 성 인권적 접근, 성인인 전공과 학생에게 맞는 교육, 성교육 전문가, 특수교사, 학부모 간의 협력이 필요하며, 특수교사를 위한 보다 전문적인 연수와 현장 지원이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 장애학생의 성 인권 교육을 위한 다양한 실행 연구 및 학교·가정 간 연계 연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the practical knowledge of special education teachers acquired in sexual rights education lessons for students with intellectual disabilities in a special school majoring course. Method: This study applied an action research method, involving one researcher, four classroom observers, five students with intellectual disabilities in a special school majoring course, and one sex education specialist. Data collected during a total of 5 lessons were analyzed using a comprehensive analysis procedure. Results: The research results consisted of 4 main categories, which were 'Sexual rights education as a fundamental right', 'Sexual rights education preparing for social life', 'Collaboration for sexual rights education', and 'Exploring sexual rights education for special education teachers', along with 12 subcategories and 38 meaning units. Conclusion and suggestion: It was identified that a sexual rights-based approach for students with intellectual disabilities, education tailored to students with intellectual disabilities in majoring course, collaboration among sex education specialists, special education teachers, and parents are necessary. Furthermore, it was noted that more specialized training and on-site support for special education teachers are important. Additionally, it was suggested that various action research for sexual rights education of students with disabilities and liaised researches between schools and families are needed.
