대학생의 창작 활동을 위한 자기 발견 글쓰기 효과 및 시사점

국문 초록

본 연구는 방송 영상 미디어 전공자를 위한 자기 발견 글쓰기 효과가 창작 활동에 어떠한 도움을주는지 알아보고, 이에 따른 교육적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 대학의 교양 글쓰기는 교육 과정 간의연계 부족으로 다양한 교과와의 융합 개발이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 전공 연계 글쓰기 교양으로개설된 <영상 스토리텔링> 수업을 통해 창작 활동을 위한 자기 발견 글쓰기 수업을 제안한다. 이에1단계는 자기 탐색을 통한 자기 발견 글쓰기, 2단계는 작품 구상을 위한 콘텐츠 유형과 장르 및 가상인물 설정, 마지막 3단계는 미국의 극작가 시드 필드(syd field)가 고안한 영상 3막 구조 형식에 맞춰연구를 진행하였다. 학습자의 창작 결과물에서 나타난 가상 인물 설정 유형을 분석한 결과, 1) 이상적인모습을 반영한 유형 2) 인간의 이중성을 보여준 유형 3) 다른 존재에 나를 투영한 유형 등 총 3가지로정리할 수 있었다. 그 결과, 자기 발견을 통한 창조적 글쓰기는 자기성찰과 더불어 학습자의 창의성발현에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 발견하였다. 또한 ‘나’로 출발한 작품 구상이 풍부한 소재로직결된다는 점과 수업에서 다룬 개념을 통합 발전시켜 나가는 모습을 통해 ‘자기 발견’은 창의적이고자발적인 학습으로 확장될 가능성이 높다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따른 교육적 시사점으로는학습자 이해를 통한 교육 내용 재검토, 전공 교과 연계 융합 교육 개발, 성실한 학습을 위한 질적수단으로써의 글쓰기 프로그램 도입 등이 있다. 현재 AI 학습 기반 글쓰기 연구가 활발하게 진행되고있지만, ‘자기’ 기반 학습은 인간 고유의 영역으로 다양한 교과목에서 체계적인 과정을 거쳐 활용될필요가 있다. 앞으로도 본 연구를 통해 전공자의 역량 제고를 위한 전문 교육과 더불어 인문학적 소양기반 글쓰기를 융합한 교육 개발 연구가 활발하게 이루어지기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of self-discovery writing on broadcasting, video, and media majorsthrough creative activities, and to derive educational implications accordingly. The self-reflection writing presented in the class went through a total of three stages based on the structural format of the three acts of videostudied by Syd Field in the United States. As a result of analyzing the types of the virtual character settings that appearedin the creative output of a total of 34 learners, I was able summarize them into three types: 1) a type that reflects twoor more 2) a type that shows human duality 3) a type that projects oneself as another being. As a result, Ifound that self-discoverywriting plays a very important role in the development of learners' creativity along with self-reflection. In addition, thisstudy confirmed the idea that a work which begins with ‘I’ is directly connected to rich material and that ‘self-discovery’is highly likely to expand into voluntary learning through the integrated development of the concepts covered in the class. The educational implications of this include the re-examination of educational content through learner understanding, thedevelopment of convergence education in connection with major subjects, and the introduction of writing as a qualitative meansfor sincere learning. Currently, AI learning-based writing research is being actively conducted, but ‘self’ learning is as ofyet an exclusively human domain, and self-discovery learning through self-exploration needs to be used in various subjects.
