집중적 상호작용 중재에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 중도 지적장애 및 중도 자폐성장애 학생을 위한 집중적 상호작용 중재의 연구동향과 중재의 효과 그리고 관련인의 인식을 조사하여 집중적 상호작용 중재의 시사점을 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 1988년 이후 중도 지적장애 및 중도 자폐성장애를 대상으로 한 집중적 상호작용 중재 관련 연구 28편을 체계적으로 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구동향 분석 결과 집중적 상호작용 중재는 다양한 연구방법으로 다양한 실무자에 의해 다양한 장애유형과 연령을 대상으로 지속적으로 연구가 이루어지고 있었다. 집중적 상호작용 중재의 효과와 관련해서는의사소통 상호작용의 증가, 의사소통 행동 목록의 증가가 주요 결과로 나타났다. 실무자의 인식과 관련해서는집중적 상호작용 중재의 적용 현실과 실무자들의 긍정적 인식 그리고 집중적 상호작용 중재의 한계가 주요 결과로 나타났다. 결론: 연구결과를 바탕으로 중도 지적장애 및 중도 자폐성장애 학생을 위한 집중적 상호작용 중재의 유용성과 국내 특수학교(급) 등의 다양한 현장에 대한 적용 가능성과 필요성에 대해 논의하고 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the implications of Intensive Interaction for students with severe intellectual disabilities or severe autism spectrum disorders by investigating the research trends, effectiveness of intervention, and practitioners’ perceptions of Intensive Interaction. Method: For this purpose, a total of 28 studies published since 1988 on Intensive Interaction for students with severe intellectual disabilities or severe autism spectrum disorders were systematically collected and analyzed. Results: As a result of research trend analysis, Intensive Interaction was continuously being studied by various practitioners using various research methodology, targeting various types of disabilities and ages. Regarding the effectiveness of the Intensive Interaction, the main results were an increase in communicative interaction and the increase in the communicative behaviors means. Regarding the perceptions of Intensive Interaction practitioners, the main results were the reality of application of Intensive Interaction, positive perceptions of Intensive Interaction, and limitations of Intensive Interaction. Conclusion: Based on the research results, the usefulness of Intensive Interaction for students with severe intellectual disabilities or severe autism spectrum disorders and the possibility and necessity of applying it to special education were discussed and suggested.
