건강장애학생의 교육지원 경험에 관한 질적 메타분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 건강장애학생 교육지원 경험의 의미를 파악하고 그에 따른 지원방안을 모색하는것이다. 연구방법: 질적 메타분석의 방법을 통해 자료를 수집하여 총 8편의 질적 연구물을 최종 분석대상 논문으로 선정하였다. 분석 절차에 근거하여 분석대상 논문에서 자료를 추출하였고, 개방형 코딩 방법으로 분석된 자료에서주요 개념과 주제가 범주화되었다. 연구결과: 본 연구의 결과로써 7가지 대주제가 도출되었다. 첫째, 건강장애 특수교육대상자 선정·배치 기준의모호성 둘째, 건강장애 특수교육대상자 선정배치를 위한 관련 개념의 모순된 적용 셋째, 병원학교 운영 및 교육지원 시스템의 개선 사항 넷째, 원격수업기관 운영 시스템 및 교육지원의 질적 내실화 요구 다섯째, 건강장애학생 교육지원을 위한 인력 확충 여섯째, 건강장애학생 학교 복귀 지원 강화 일곱째, 말기 건강장애학생 및 담당교사에 대한 지원 강화 결론: 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 바탕으로 건강장애학생 교육지원의 질적 내실화를 위한 구체적인 해결과제를 논의하고 개선방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning of the experience with educational support for students with health disabilities and draw up measures to provide support. Method: Data were collected through qualitative meta-synthesis and a total of eight qualitative studies were selected as research papers. According to the analysis procedure of this study, the main concepts and topics were then categorized by analyzing data using an open coding method. Results: As a result of this study, seven major topics were derived. The first was of selection and placement criteria of the subject to special education with health disabilities. Second was the contradictory definition of related concepts for selection and placement of the subject to special education with health disabilities. The third topic was the improvements of the management and educational support system in hospital schools. The fourth topic was improvements of the management system and demands for quality improvements of educational support in remote teaching institutions. Fifth, The expansion of human resources to support education for students with health disabilities. Sixth, strengthening of school reentry support for students with health disabilities. Seventh, Strengthening support for terminally students with health disabilities and a teachers in charge. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, major issues and solutions were discussed to improve the quality of educational support for students with health disabilities.
