국문 초록

본 연구에서는 코로나 시대를 살아가고 있는 한국교회의 미래세대인 청소년들의 신앙생활 상황과 맥락을 실증적으로 분석하고, 코로나 시대에 적합한 청소년 신앙생활 지원 및 사역방안을 현장 지향적으로 제시해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 양적연구와 질적연구를 혼합한 방법론을 적용하였으며, 양적연구에서는 SFC의 「코로나 19에 따른 한국교회 청소년 사역방안 기초조사」데이터를 활용하였고, 질적연구에서는 20명의 연구참여자들이 연구에 동참해주었다. 분석결과 양적연구에서는 신앙생활 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보여주고 있었으며, 신앙생활 상 집단이 신앙생활 하 집단에 비하여 개인만족도 인식이 높음을 실증적으로 확인해주고 있다. 또한 청소년들의 요구도에 있어서는 성경읽기와 기도하기와 같은 신앙의 본질적인 요소를 가장 시급하게 요구하고 있었다. 한편, 질적연구 분석 결과에서는 본질에 집중하는 사역적 지원, 공동체성 형성에 집중하는 사역적 지원, 사역 플랫폼들과 연계한 사역적 지원, 교회에 대한 긍정적 인식을 확보하기 위한 사역적 지원을 확인해주었다.

영문 초록

This study tried to empirically analyze the situation and context of the faith life of youth, the future generation of the Korean church, who are living in the corona era, and suggest field-oriented ways to support faith life and ministry suitable for the corona era. To solve the research problems, a methodology that mixed quantitative and qualitative research was applied. In the quantitative research, SFC's 「Survey on Youth Ministry Plans in response to COVID-19」was used, and in the qualitative research, 20 research participants conducted the depth interviews and FGIs. As a result of the analysis, the quantitative study showed a statistically significant difference between the faith life groups, and it empirically confirms that the upper group of faith life has higher personal satisfaction awareness than the lower group of faith life. Also, in terms of the needs of the youth, essential elements of faith such as reading the Bible and praying were most urgently requested. On the other hand, the results of the qualitative research analysis confirmed the ministry support focusing on the essence of faith, the ministry support focusing on the formation of community, the ministry support in connection with ministry platforms, and the ministry support to secure a positive perception of the church.
