사회복지조직의 조직문화가 직장 내 괴롭힘에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지조직 조직문화가 직장 내 괴롭힘에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 사회복지시설에 종사하는 사회복지사 500명을 대상으로 자기 기입방식으로 설문 조사하여 291명의 자료를 SPSS 24.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지조직이 집단문화일수록 직장 내 괴롭힘이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지조직이 위계문화일수록 직장 내 괴롭힘이 증가하였다. 셋째, 성과지향문화일수록 직장 내 괴롭힘이 증가하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지조직의 조직문화 개선을 위한 실천적 대안을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 사회복지조직 직장 내 괴롭힘을 조직 문화적 특성으로 분석하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of social welfare organization's organizational culture on workplace bullying. To this end, 500 social workers working in social welfare facilities in Jeollabuk-do were surveyed in a self-reported manner, and the data of 291 were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 statistical package. The main research findings are as follows. First, it was found that workplace bullying decreased as the social welfare organization became a group culture. Second, workplace bullying increased as the social welfare organization had a hierarchical culture. Third, workplace bullying increased in performance-oriented culture. Based on these results, practical alternatives for improving the organizational culture of social welfare organizations were suggested. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed workplace bullying in social welfare organizations as an organizational cultural characteristic.
