평생학습자의 유튜브 기반 디지털 학습의 인식과 실천의 분류와 군집유형의 탐색

국문 초록

디지털 학습활동은 21세기 디지털 세상에서 나타나는 일상의 새로운 현상으로 귀납적 접근의 이해와 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 유튜브 디지털 학습활동을 탐구하는 것으로, 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 평생학습자의 유튜브 기반 디지털 학습의 인식과 실천 행위의 특성을 분류하여 군집유형을 도출한다. 둘째, 평생학습자의 군집유형별 디지털 학습 특성의 차이를 확인한다. 셋째, 평생학습자의 디지털 학습 행위에 적합한 군집유형을 개념화하여 설명한다. 연구방법은 선행연구의 고찰을 통해서 평생학습자의 디지털 학습과 관련된 조사 도구를 구성하고, 타당성과 신뢰도를 확인한 후 데이터를 수집한 후, 군집 분석(K-Means 기법), 판별 분석, 변량 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 평생학습자의 유튜브 기반 디지털 학습실천의 분류 빈도와 분류 비율로 4개 군집이 확인되었다. 둘째, 평생학습자의 디지털 학습 인식(시대적, 지식)과 실천(탐색, 선택, 표현, 시청, 활동, 확장)의 특성이 4개 군집집단별로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 평생학습자의 디지털 학습의 군집유형은 심화몰입형, 인식소극형, 구독활동형, 탐색시청형으로 개념화하였다. 이상의 연구결과는 현대인의 디지털 학습을 유형별로 이해하고 평생학습자를 위한 디지털 학습실천을 촉진하는 유용한 기초정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Digital learning activity is a new phenomenon of everyday life in the digital world in the 21st century, and it is necessary to understand and study the inductive approach. The objectives of this study are to explore YouTube-based digital learning activity. First, the cluster type is derived by classifying the perception of digital learning based on YouTube and the characteristics of practical behavior of lifelong learners. Second, the difference of digital learning characteristics by cluster type of lifelong learners is confirmed. Third, the cluster type suitable for digital learning behavior of lifelong learners is conceptualized and explained. The research method constructs survey tools related to digital learning of lifelong learners through the consideration of previous studies, to confirm validity and reliability, and to collect data, and then to conduct cluster analysis(K-Means technique), discriminant analysis, and ANOVA. The results of the study are as follows: first, four clusters were identified by the frequency and classification ratio of digital learning practice based on YouTube of lifelong learners. Second, the characteristics of lifelong learners' perception of digital learning and practice(exploration, selection, expression, viewing, activity, expansion) show significant differences by four clusters. Third, the cluster types of digital learning of lifelong learners were conceptualized as ‘the Deepening-immersive group, the perceiving-passive group, the subscribing-activity group, and the searching-watching group’. The results of this study will provide useful basic information to understand the digital learning of modern people by type and promote digital learning practice for lifelong learners.
