간호대학생의 지각된 스트레스, 자아존중감, 전공만족도가 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 파악하기 위해 대학 생활동안의 지각된 스트레스, 자아존중감, 전공만족도를 주요 변수로 정하여 영향력 정도를 확인하고 이들의 상관관계를 파악하여 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감을 향상시키기 위한 구체적 대안을 제시하고 행복한 삶을 영위하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 대상자는 전남의 S시와 경남의 C시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호대학생 180명으로, 자료수집 기간은 2021년 12월 1일부터 12월 10일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율로 사용하였고, 지각된 스트레스, 자아존중감, 전공만족도, 주관적 행복감 정도는 평균과 표준편차를 사용하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 지각된 스트레스, 자아존중감, 전공만족도, 주관적 행복감 차이는 t-test, ANOVA를 사용하였고 사후 검증은 Scheffe test를 실시하였다. 대상자의 지각된 스트레스, 자아존중감, 전공만족도, 주관적 행복감과의 상관관계는 Person’s correlation coefficient를 실시하였고 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 Multiple regression을 실시하였다. 대상자의 지각된 스트레스는 평균 1.79점, 자아존중감은 평균 3.17점, 전공만족도는 평균 3.87점, 주관적 행복감은 평균 5.16점이었다. 대상자의 지각된 스트레스, 전공만족도, 자아존중감 및 주관적 행복감의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 자아존중감과 전공만족도((r=.39, p<.001), 자아존중감과 주관적 행복감((r=.46, p<.001), 전공만족도와 주관적 행복감(r=.64, p<.001)는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였고 자아존중감과 지각된 스트레스(r=-.63, p<.001), 전공만족도와 지각된 스트레스r=-.33, p<.001), 지각된 스트레스와 주관적 행복감(r=-.60, p<.001)는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 지각된 스트레스(β=-.300, p<.001), 자아존중감(β=.344, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=.209, p<.001)이었으며, 이들의 설명력은 52.1%(F=31.34, p<.001)로 나타났다. 이에 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감을 증진시키기 위해서 자아존중감과 전공만족도 향상과 지각된 스트레스 감소를 위한 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 간호대학생의 지각된 스트레스, 자아존중감, 전공만족도의 연관성을 확인할 수 있는 다양한 변수를 추가한 반복 연구가 필요함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study was a descriptive research study to identify the factors that influence the perceived stress, self-esteem and department satisfaction of nursing students on subjective happiness and to establish the basis for the development of effective intervention program to improve their subjective happiness and to establish the basis to lead their happy life. Data were conveniently sampled using a google questionnaire. Of the 200 nursing students at two nursing universities located in S city, C city, 180 were finalists, excluding 20 with missing values. Data were collected using questionnaires from December 1 to December 10, 2021. For the collected data, SPSS Win 21.0 version Program was used. The mean score for perceived stress was 1.79(out of 5), the mean for self-esteem was 3.17(out of 4), the mean for department satisfaction was 3.87(out of 5) and subjective happiness was 5.16(out of 7). As a result of analyzing the correlation between the study subjects' perceived stress, self-esteem, department satisfaction and subjective happiness, self-esteem and department satisfaction(r=.39, p<.001), self-esteem and subjective happiness(r=.64, p<.001), department satisfaction and subjective happiness(r=.46, p<.001) were significantly positively correlated, and self-esteem and perceived stress(r=-.63, p<.001), department satisfaction and perceived stress(r=-.33, p<.001), perceived stress and subjective happiness(r=-.60, p<.001) were significantly negatively correlated. The significant predictors of the subjective happiness were perceived stress(β=-.300, p<.001), self-esteem(β=.344, p<.001) and department satisfaction(β=.209, p<.001), and the explanatory power of variance was 52.1%(F=31.34, p<.001). Therefore, it is suggested to develop and apply an intervention program to improve the subjective happiness of nursing students by adding various variables that can confirm the relationship between perceived stress, self-esteem, and department satisfaction of nursing students.
