영문 초록

The paper is devoted to the problem of how the new word-formational rules and units can be explained in association with empty slots of the language. Lots of linguistic “lacunes” or empty slots are relevant not to individual words, but to more abstract units of the language system, i.e. grammatical, morpho-phonological and word-formational units. The formation of neologisms and occasionalisms is the creation not only of new lexical units, but also of new affixes, new meanings of old affixes, new formants and, most of all, of new word-formational types. We can explain many hidden rules of the language system that were not discovered until now by espousing the approach to neologisms and occasionalisms with the calculable-explanatory methods.
