장애 성인 대상 예술강사의 직업·조직·역할 정체성 구성 개념에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애 성인 대상으로 미술 수업을 제공하는 6명의 예술 강사를 대상으로, 예술 강사가 자신의 직업·조직·역할 정체성을 무엇과 동일시 하는지에 관한 물음을 가지고 인터뷰를 통한 자료를 수집하고, 이를 현상학적 연구 방법으로 분석하여 직업·조직·역할 정체성 개념의 구성 요인을 찾고자 하였다. 연구 결과로 총 12개의 정체성 구성 개념을 도출하였다. 직업 정체성 개념의 구성 요인으로는 전문성 활용, 전문성 신장, 지향성 개념이, 조직 정체성 개념의 구성 요인으로 조직의 이상, 조직의 지원, 업무환경, 헌신 개념이, 마지막으로 역할 정체성의 구성 개념으로는 매개, 장, 조력, 협상과 타협, 그리고 성취 개념이 도출되었다. 연구에서 예술 강사의 조직 정체성과 역할 정체성 형성을 어렵게 하는 점은 두 가지 원인으로 나타났다. 먼저 불명료한 사회문화예술 교육 이상은 예술 강사가 조직의 이상을 내면화하여 실천하는 것을 어렵게 하였고, 다음으로 예술 강사를 파견하는 조직과 파견된 복지기관이나 시설의 무관심이었다. 두 기관의 무관심은 예술 강사를 조직에서 소외시키는 감정을 유발했다. 따라서 예술 강사를 관리하는 기관들은 수업 현장에 관한 관심이 필요함을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a study of six art instructors who provide art classes to adults with disabilities by asking what art instructors identified their occupation, organization, and role identities with. This study was conducted through a phenomenological research method. The purpose of the study was to find the components of the concept of occupation, organization, and role identity. The results of the study resulted in a total of 12 concepts of identity composition. Components of the concept of occupational identity were the utilization of professionalism, enhancement of professionalism, and orientation. Components of the concept of organizational identity was derived the concept of organizational ideals, organizational support, work environment, and commitment. Finally, the concept of constructing role identity was mediated, chapter, assistance, negotiation and compromise, and the concept of achievement. In the study, two reasons were found to be difficult to form an organizational identity and role identity of art instructors. In the former case, obscure social culture and arts education made it difficult for art instructors to internalize and practice the ideals of the organization, and in the latter case, the indifference of the organizations and welfare institutions or facilities dispatched. The apathy of the two institutions caused feelings that alienated art instructors from the organization. These institutional attitudes were self-denial by alienating those who practice the ideals of the organization.
