국문 초록

본 연구는 대학원 파견 연수 프로그램에 참여한 초등 교사의 미술교육전문성 신장 경험에 관한 질적 사례연구이다. 연구의 대상으로 (1) 최근 5년 이내 한국교원대학교 대학원 특별연수 과정에 참여했던 초등 교사들 중 (2) 연수 종료 후 최소 2년의 현장에서의 미술교육 경험이 있는 참여자 4인을 선발하여 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 이들의 경험들이 복직 이후 교육 현장에서 ‘성찰하는 실천가’, ‘탐구하는 연구가’, 그리고 ‘심미적 삶의 향유가’라는 미술교육전문성으로 치환되어 드러남을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to describe and interpret the experiences of elementary school teachers who participated in postgraduate training program based on the concept of professionalism. To this end, this study conducted in-depth interviews on four elementary school teachers with experience in participating in the training program based on qualitative case study methods. The details of the interview are analyzed after recording and transcription, and the results are as follows: They experienced increased professionalism through the postgraduate system. Teachers who applied for escaping from their daily lives for personal development experience expanded understanding of art subjects, learn the ability to express art, and deepen their understanding of students. In addition, the identity of researcher is formed, and these experiences have been replaced by the art-educational professionalism of “reflecting practitioners”, “exploring researchers”, and “favoring aesthetic life” at the educational site after returning to work.
