국문 초록

본고는 이공계 학생을 대상으로 한 교양 국어 수업에서의 과학사회학 글쓰기를 통한 과학 윤리 교육의 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 과학사회학은 과학과 사회가 불가분의 관계라는 사실에 기반하므로 과학 윤리의 전제 조건으로 작동한다. 본고는 이공계 글쓰기에 과학사회학 논의와 관련된 실제 예시와 영상 자료 시청을더함으로써 학생들로 하여금 과학과 사회의 관계에 대하여 이해하고 이공계 글쓰기의 필요성을 자각하도록 하였다. 나아가 인공지능 개발, 유전자 조작 기술, 원자력 발전을 주제로 하여 토론을 진행하고 전체 의견을 공유함으로써 학생들이 다각적인 시선을 갖추도록 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현대 과학 문제에 대한 과학사회학 글쓰기를작성함으로써 학생들은 적극적으로 제재를 찾고 과학사회학 논의를 적용하여 과학윤리를 체화할 수 있었다. 과학 지식 또한 사회적 산물이라는 과학사회학 논의를 바탕으로 한 글쓰기 수업은학생들로 하여금 현대 과학에 대한 심도 있는 이해를 갖출 수 있도록 도울 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 과학도로서 지녀야 할 윤리적 책임과 인식을 제고하도록 도울 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to use the sociology of science writing to present the possibilities of the ethics of scientific knowledge and technology education for science and engineering students. Because the sociology of science is based on the inextricable link between social and science, it serves as a premise of scientific ethics. By connecting the discussions of science sociology to examples and viewing video materials, it is possible for students to understand the relationship between social and science and recognize the need for science and engineering writing. Furthermore, by promoting discussions and sharing of opinions based on the development of artificial intelligence, genetic manipulation, and nuclear power generation, students can form a multifaceted perspective. Based on this, creating sociology of science writing for modern scientific problems allows students to unify the ethics of scientific knowledge and technology by actively searching for topics and applying the sociology of science discussions. Writing lessons based on the sociology of science discussions are also a corporate product that helps students achieve a deeper understanding of modern science. It is also ethical to acquire this insight as a scientist, which can help raise ethical responsibility and awareness.
