부패학 연구의 경향과 내용

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 등재학술지로 인정된 2007년부터 2018년까지 한국부패학회보에 게재된 논문 중 KCI에 3회 이상의 인용횟수를 나타내는 논문 110편을 대상으로 내용분석하고 부패학 연구의 경향과 내용을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구자 배경에서는 첫째, 성별에서 연구자 전체는 141명이었으며, 남성 126명(89.4%), 여성 15명(10.6%)로 나타나 남성이 여성보다 많았다. 둘째, 연구자의 직위에서는 교수 85명(60.3%), 연구원 28명(19.9%), 기타 13명(9.2%), 강사/겸임 9명(6.4%), 박사 6명(4.2%) 순으로 나타나 교수직위가 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 셋째, 지역에 있어서는 수도권 52편(47.3%), 영남권 31편(28.2%), 충청․강원권 23편(21.0%), 호남(제주)궝 4편(3.5%) 순으로 나타나 부패학 연구자들은 수도권에 가장 많은 연구자가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구유형에서는 단독연구 83편(75.5%), 공동연구 27편(24.5%)으로 나타났다. 단독연구가 공동연구보다 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구비지원에서는 순수연구 78편(70.9%), 연구비 지원연구32편(29.1%)으로 순수연구가 높게 나타났다. 여섯째, 1인당 게재논문 횟수에서는 9․7․4회 1명, 5회 3명(10.6%), 3회 7명(14.9%), 2회 8명(11.3%), 1회 69명(48.9%)로 나타났다. 일곱째, 소속에 있어서는 기타 78명(55.3%), 행정학과 31명(22.0%), 법학 20명(14.2%), 경찰행정학과 12명(8.6%) 순으로 기타를 제외하고 행정학과 소속이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 연구방법에서 110편의 논문은 서술적 연구 87편(79.1%), 경험적 연구 23편(20.9%)로 나타나 서술적 연구를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 열 번째, 전공에서는 행정 60명(42.6%), 법학 35명(24.8%), 기타 23명(16.3%), 경제 11명(7.8%), 정책 8명(5.7%), 경찰 4명(2.8%) 순으로 나타나 행정과 법학 전공자들이 부패학 연구에 관심이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 연구논문 배경에서는 첫째, 연구주제에서는 부패 52편(47.3%), 기타 25편(22.7%), 감사 7편(6.4%), 청렴 6편(5.5%), 공익정보․신고․내부고발 5편(4.5%), 옴부즈만 5편(4.5%), 윤리 4편(3.7%), 부정청탁 3편(4.1%), 뇌물 3편(2.7%) 순으로 나타나 부패 주제가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 피인용 횟수를 살며보면, 21․16․15․14․10․9회가 각 1편(0.9%), 13회 2편(1.8%), 11회 3편(2.7%), 8회 5편(4.5%), 7회 8편(7.3%), 6회 4편(3.6%), 5회 10편(9.1%), 4회 26편(23.6%), 3회 46편(42.0%) 순으로 나타나 가장 높은 피인용 횟수는 21회로 나타났다. 평균적으로는 약 5.1회의 피인용 횟수로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study, 110 papers published in the Journal of the Korean Corruption Society from 2007 to 2018, which were recognized as registered academic journals, were analyzed to analyze the contents of the research on corruption in KCI more than three times. In the background of researchers, first, there were more researcher men than women in gender. Second, there were the largest number of professors in researchers positions. Third, there are the largest number of researchers in the metropolitan area in the region. Fourth, in the type of research, solo research was higher than joint research. Fifth, pure research was found to be higher in research funding than research funding research. Sixth, in the number of papers published per person, one person in the 9th and 7th times, three (10.6%) in the 5th times, seven (14.9%) in the 3rd time, eight (11.3%) in the 2nd time, and 69 (48.9%) in the 1 time. Seventh, in terms of affiliation, it was followed by guitar, administration, law, and police administration. Eighth, descriptive research was shown to be higher than empirical research in research methods. In the tenth, administrative and law majors were found to be interested in the study of corruption. In the background of the research paper, 52 corruption (47.3%), 25 others (22.7%), 7 audits (6.4%), 6 integrity (5.5%), 5 public information, reporting, and internal accusations (4.5%), 5 ombudsman (4.5%), 4 ethics (4.7%) and 3 bribery (2.7%) were the most corrupt topics. Second, if you look at the number of times taken, the highest number of times taken was 21, 16, 15, 14, 10, and 9 times, with 1 (0.9%), 2 times 13 times (1.8%), 3 times 11 times (2.7%), 5 times 8 times (7.3%), 4 times 6 times (3.6%), 10 times 5 times 9.1%), 26 times 4 times 4 times 4 times (42.6%), and 4 times 3 times (42.0%). On average, the number of citations was approximately 5.1.
