국문 초록

대외무역 의존도가 높은 경제적 특성의 한국경제에서 중소기업의 수출역량 확대는 더욱 요구되고 있다. 우리나라 중소기업 대부분은 보유자원과 전문인력이 상대적으로 취약하여 정부와 지원기관의 수출지원 프로그램에 대한 의존도가 높으므로 수출 강소기업의 지원 수혜 실태분석과 수출증대 효과에 관한 실증적 연구는 매우 중요하다. 전라남도 강소기업을 중심으로 수출 환경, 해외 진출 현황, 지원사업 수혜 등을 연구하고, 이를 통한 전라남도 기업의 수출증대를 위한 연구모형을 설계하여 실증분석과 가설 검증을 통해 지원제도 개선방안을 연구한다. 본 연구는 정부를 비롯한 수출지원 기관들이 중소기업의 수출증대 지원정책 수립 시 효과적 지원방안을 고려하고 성과제고를 위하는 목적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Expansion of small and medium enterprises’ export competency is demanded more in Korean economy, which is highly dependent on overseas trade. Most small and medium enterprises in Korea are weak in terms of available resources and professional personnel and therefore, are highly dependently on export support programs by the government and supporting agencies. It examined the export environment, export expansion status, support project benefits for small giant exporters in Jeollanam-do, and designed a research model to increase export among companies in Jeollanam-do to study the improvement plans for the support system through empirical analysis and hypothesis verification. Result of this study may be utilized by the government and export support agencies to consider effective support plans in establishing export increase support policy for small and medium enterprises, and improve performance.
