국문 초록

해외플랜트시장 개척을 위한 다년간 노력에도 불구하고, 국내 건설사들의 해외진출은 쉽지 않다. 대형화되는 플랜트 규모에도 해외 경험 부족에서 오는 영업손실과 실적만을 위한 저가수주, 사업관리 능력 부족으로 인한 사업실패 등은 해외사업의 어려움을 더하게 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 기업들의 해외 사업 진출 시 주요하게 살펴봐야 할 요인들은 무엇이며, 그중에서도 최근 이슈가 되는 신재생에너지 플랜트에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 신 재생에너지 사업은 지속가능개발이라는 세계적 관심과 더불어 신흥국들의 에너지 수요 증대로 발주가 증가하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사업의 역사가 길지않고 기업들의 경험 및 관리능력이 부족하여 해외진출이 쉽지 않은 분야이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신 재생에너지 해외 사업 관련 전문가들과의 브레인스토밍을 통해 사업 리스크 요인을 모델링하고, AHP 분석으로 해당 EPC사업의 해외진출 시 주요 고려요인을 파악하였다. 그 결과 가장 심도 있게 파악할 항목은 ‘구매 및 조달분야’ 였으며, 세부항목으로는 ‘납품업체의 기술력 부족’이 도출되었다.

영문 초록

Despite many years of efforts by domestic companies to develop overseas plant markets, overseas expansion is not easy. Despite the growing plant size, operating losses resulting from lack of overseas experience, low-cost orders for performance record only, and business failure due to lack of business management capabilities add to the difficulties of overseas business. Therefore, in this study, what are the major factors to be examined when domestic companies enter overseas business, and among them, I will focus on new and renewable energy plants, which are the latest issues. It is increasing that orders of the new and renewable energy business due to the global interest in sustainable development and the increasing energy demand of emerging countries. Nevertheless, the new and renewable energy business has not a long history of business and it is difficult to enter overseas due to the lack of experience and management ability of companies. Therefore, in this study, business risk factors were modeled through brainstorming with experts related to overseas new and renewable energy projects, and major factors to be considered when entering the EPC project overseas were identified through AHP analysis. As a result, the item to be grasped in depth was the ‘purchasing and procurement field , and as a detailed item, ‘the supplier s lack of technology was derived.
