국문 초록

현재 중국은 세계에서 가장 많은 상장기업을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 상장 기업의 미래 전망에 대한 정보를 통해 무역 신용 공급자는 수익성 있는 사업에서 이익을 얻기 위해 무역 신용을 확장하고자 한다. 본 연구는 이 정보적 우위가 투자 수익을 평가하는데 상당한 예측 가능성을 기여한다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 A주식 상장 기업에 중점을 두고 있으며, 무역 신용에 의존하는 기업은 부채 자금보다 무역 신용을 더 활용하는 경우 미래 매출 성장과 주식 수익에 높은 잠재력을 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 무역 신용과 관련된 수익의 예측 가능성은 정보 비대칭성이 더 높은 기업에서 특히 두드러지고 있다. 본 논문은 무역 신용의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인과 이 금융 메커니즘을 활용하는 상장 기업의 미래 전망 간의 상관 관계를 조사하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Currently, China boasts the largest number of listed companies globally. Trade credit suppliers leverage insights into the future outlook of these entities, extending trade credit as a strategy to capitalize on profitable ventures. This study demonstrates that this informational advantage contributes substantially to the predictability of assessing investment returns. Focusing on A-share listed companies, those relying more on trade credit than on debt financing exhibit heightened potential for future sales growth and stock returns. The predictability of return associated with trade credit is particularly pronounced in firms characterized by a greater degree of information asymmetry. Consequently, this paper aims to investigate the factors influencing the utilization of trade credit and the correlation between its use and the future prospects of listed companies relying on this financial mechanism.
