실현화 이론의 주요 원칙과 국제화 성과에 영향을 미치는 역량 간의 관계 연구

국문 초록

국제화 성과를 내기 위하여 국제기업가 지향성과 네트워크 역량의 중요성은 많은 연구가 이루어졌으나 실현화 이론의 영향은 연구가 미미하였다. 본 연구에서는 실현화 이론의 주요 원칙을 국제기업가 지향성, 네트워크 역량과 기존에 정의되지 않았던 즉흥적 대응 역량 간의 원인적 관계를 분석하고 실현화 이론이 국제화 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 설문조사는 2022년 수출입기업 목록에 포함된 기업에 전화 연락하여 응답 가능 여부 확인 후 온라인 설문조사를 2023년 12월 11일부터 2024년 1월 15일까지 실시하였으며 설문조사 데이터를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 26.0 및 Amos 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계 처리를 시행하였다. 연구 결과 소유 수단의 활용과 국제기업가 지향성의 혁신성 간의 관계만 기각되고 나머지 실현화 원칙은 국제화 성과에 영향을 미치는 역량과 관계가 있음이 나타났다. 국제화 성과에 있어 네트워크 역량은 규모보다 강도가 중요하며 즉흥적 대응 역량은 유연성보다 신속성이 중요함을 보여준다. 기존 연구 결과와 달리 위험감수성과 국제화 성과 간의 가설이 기각된 이유는 코로나 사태 기간에 위험을 감수하고 국제화하기 어려운 시기였음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

Recently, securing the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises has been recognized as an important study. Much research has been done on the importance of international entrepreneurial orientation and network capabilities to achieve internationalization results, but little research has been done on the impact of effectuation. This study aims to analyze the impact of effectuation on internationalization performance by matching the main principles of effectuation with international entrepreneurial orientation, network capabilities, and previously undefined improvisational response capabilities. For this survey, an online survey was conducted from December 11, 2023 to January 15, 2024, after calling companies included in the 2022 list of exporters and importers to check whether they could respond. SPSS 26.0 and Amos 26.0 programs were used for statistical processing for empirical analysis. The results of the study showed that, in addition to the use of ownership means, the effectuation principles are related to capabilities that affect internationalization performance. When it comes to internationalization performance, network capabilities show that strength is more important than size, and improvisation response capabilities show that speed is more important than flexibility. The reason why the risk sensitivity hypothesis was rejected is that it was a difficult time to take risks and internationalize during the COVID-19 crisis.
