『수호전』 양산박의 생성과 소멸의 공간적 의미

국문 초록

하지만 다른 현실공간과는 절대적으로 다른 공간인 대항 공간으로 존재하고 있으며, 이것은 ‘이의제기의 공간’으로 생성되었으며 ‘한시적 공간’으로 소멸되었다고 볼 수 있다. 양산박의 생성과 소멸은 ‘헤테로토피아’의 원리를 보여주고 있다. 『수호전』에 함축된 다양한 의미를 파악하기 위해서는 다양한 시각을 통한 접근이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 작품에서 추구하는 이상세계가 어떠한 ‘공간’을 이루고 있으며 이 ‘공간’이 현실세계에 어떻게 구성되는지를 통해 그 장소가 지니는 함의를 분석해보는 것은 작품의 본질을 파악하는 하나의 시각이 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

This study started from the point that the ideal society described in Shuihuzhuan(水滸傳). differs from the concept of ‘Utopia’, The space where Liangshan heroes tried to realize their ideals, Liangshanpo(梁山泊) resembles ‘Heterotopia’. it was a space of an ideal society that exists in reality. Paying attention to this point, I tried to approach the thematic consciousness of Shuihuzhuan by analyzing the spatial characteristics of Liangshanpo as a heterotopia. Liangshanpo is a heterotopia space that exists in the real world, but exists as a counter space, which is absolutely different from other real spaces. The creation and extinction of Liangshanpo shows the principle of heterotopia. In order to grasp the various meanings implied in Shuihuzhuan, it seems necessary to approach through various perspectives. Analyzing the implications of the place through what kind of ‘space’ the ideal world pursued in the work constitutes and how this ‘space’ is constructed in the real world is a perspective to grasp the essence of the work. The perception of the ‘space’ called Liangshanpo has created a perspective in understanding Shuihuzhuan.
