국문 초록

한국여성세무사회는 세무사로서 세무사법에 의하여 등록하고 한국세무사회에 입회하여 세무대리 업무를 수행하는 여성세무사를 회원으로 하고 있는 단체이다. 2014년 기준 전체 10,647명의 세무사 중 여성 세무사는 825명으로 전체 세무사 중 7.7%의 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 세무사 중 여성 세무사가 차지하는 비중은 매년 증가하고 있다. 이러한 한국여성세무사회는 태동기, 발전기, 성숙시를 거쳐 발전해왔다. 구체적으로 태동기에는 한국여성세무사회는 세무사 영역에서 여성의 존재를 알리는데 초점을 두었다. 한국여성세무사회 발전기에는 여성의 경제활동과 경영에 대한 조세지원방안 등의 연구활동을 통해 여성의 권익 향상에 집중한 성과가 있었다. 마지막으로 한국여성세무사회의 성숙기인 2007년 이후에는 그 동안 태동기와 발전기 동안의 성과를 바탕으로 한국여성세무사회의 사회적 역할에초점을 두고 있으며, 조세제도의 발전을 위한 지역별 세미나 이외에 지역사회에 대한 적극적봉사활동을 통해 사회발전과 국가발전에 한 몫을 다하고 있다. 이러한 한국여성세무사회는 앞으로 여성의 고용촉진과 사회적 취약계층의 경제적 독립을 지원하는 역할을 해야 할 것으로 판단이 된다. 구체적으로 현재 한국여성세무사회와 각 지방자치단체가 공동으로 운영하고 있는 여성 재취업 관련 교육 프로그램의 운영을 실질적으로 확대할필요성이 있다고 본다. 더불어 한국여성세무사회는 사회적 취약계층의 경제적 독립을 지원하기 위한 다양한 지원을 할 필요성이 있다고 본다. 또한 한국여성세무사회의 사회적 역할 및 정부 정책에 대한 적극적 참여를 위하여 한국여성세무사회가 사단법인으로 전환이 되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Korea Women Certified Public Tax Accountants Association is an organization with themembers of women CPTAs who have been registered by Certified Tax Accountant Law andhave joined Korea Certified Public Tax Accountants Association. As of 2014, there are 825women CTAs (7.7%) out of the total 10,647, whose role is getting significant every year. Korea Women CPTA Association has developed passing through beginning period,developing period and maturing period. Concretely speaking, during the beginning period. theorganization concentrated to make the existence of women CPTAs clear in the field of CPTAs,while during its developing period it made efforts for active researches like tax supportingmethodsfor women’s economic activities and managements to achieve the outcome of womanrightpromotion. Finally, since the year of 2007 which was the beginning of its maturing period,it has focused on its social roles based on the outcomes during the two previous periods andfulfilled its roles for social growth and national development through regional seminars for theimprovement of tax system and active voluntary service to communities. It will have to do its role of supporting acceleration of women employment and economicindependence of vulnerable social groups. More specifically, the current Korea Women CPTAAssociation needs to expand its practical management of education programs for re-employmentof women which are being jointly operated by the organization and local governments. Furthermore, it also will have to be equipped with more various supporting programs for theeconomic independence of vulnerable social groups. In addition, it is needed to be changed intoan incorporated association for its aggressive participation in the government policies and theenhancement of its social roles.
