부산항 선박급유 이용 선사들의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 일반적 특성 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산항의 선박급유서비스 이용자들의 특성을 비교분석 하기 위해서 기존의 연구에서 사용된 설문문항과 자료를 이용하였다. 표본은 우리나라 항만에서 선박급유서비스를 이용하는 선사를 대상으로 하였으며, 표본의 신뢰도를 높이기 위하여 외항선사의 경우 선주협회 회원선사리스트와 내항선사의 경우 한국해운조합의 회원리스트를 대상으로 표본을 추출하였다. 부산항에서 선박급유서비스를 이용한 선사들의 일반 특성을 분석한 결과 부산항을 이용한 선사는 컨테이너 정기선사와 벌크선사가 많았으며, 종업원 50명이상의 큰 기업이 많음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 부산항을 이용한 선사의 주거래 대상은 정유회사와 벙커 트레이더이며, 부산항을 이용하지 않은 기업의 경우에는 정유회사의 급유용역회사, 선사/대리점 등이 더 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 부산항을 이용한 기업의 선사는 연간급유횟수 100회 이상인 것이 50회 미만보다 훨씬 많음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 선사들의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 일반적 특성 중에서 연간급유 횟수가 많은 선사들의 만족도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

This study used the secondary data of the previous study in order to compare and analyze the general characteristics of carriers using ship fueling service. The data was collected from a postal questionnaire survey or a survey with an interview to 200 carriers doing business ship fueling service companies in South Korea. To increase reliability of sample, the data was extracted from Korea Shipping Association‘s members list and Ship Owners Association’s member list. The results of analysis are as follows: First, container carriers and bulk carriers were more than coastal shipping carriers. Second, carriers more than 50 employees are using the Pusan port. Third, the main business partner of the carriers was oil companies and buck traders. Fourth, the carriers refueling more than 100 per year are using the Pusan port more than the carriers refueling less than 50 per year. Finally the satisfaction of carriers having high fueling frequency per year are more than the satisfaction of carriers having low fueling frequency per year. The limitation of this study is to use the secondary data. So this study is difficult to compare and analyze the additional data.
