국문 초록

본 연구는 사회인 야구 동호회 참가자의 자기관리능력이 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 지속적인 운동을 위한 유용한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 사회인 야구 동호회에 참가하고 있는 남성 302명을 대상으로 SPSS/PC+ WIN. 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 사회인 야구 동호회 참가자의 운동행태에 따른 자기관리능력의 차이에서 참여시간에서는 대인관계, 참여빈도에서는 훈련관리, 참여경력은 대인관리, 훈련관리, 몸관리에서 유의한 차이가 있다. 둘째, 사회인 야구 동호회 참가자의 운동행태에 따른 운동지속의 차이에서 참여시간에서는 운동능력, 참여빈도에서는 운동친구, 운동습관, 운동관심, 참여경력은 운동능력에서 유의한 차이가 있다. 셋째, 사회인 야구 동호회 참가자의 자기관리능력이 운동지속에 미치는 영향에서 운동친구는 대인관계, 운동환경은 몸관리, 대인관리, 운동능력은 대인관리, 훈련관리, 정신관리, 운동습관은 훈련관리, 정신관리, 운동관심은 훈련관리, 몸관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims on the influence of endurance of sports according to the ability of self-management of community baseball member and provides the helpful information to endure the sports. The following results are obtained according to 302 male community baseball members using SPSS/PC+ WIN. 15.0 program. First, among the self-management ability of community baseball members according to the exercise form, personal relationship showed attentive difference on participating time and training management on participating frequency and personal relationship management, training management, body management on participating experience. Second, among the endurance of sports of community baseball members according to the exercise form, sports ability showed attentive difference on participating time and sports friend, sports habit, sports interest on participating frequency and sports ability on participating experience. Third, among the endurance of sports of community baseball members according to the self-management ability, personal relationship showed attentive difference on sports friend and body management, personal relationship on sports atmosphere and personal relationship, training management, mind management, sports habit on sports ability and sports management, mind management on sport habit and training management, body management on sport interest.
