국문 초록

본 연구는 스마트폰 관광정보 제공 속성에 따라 관광성과 및 후속태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 스마트 폰 관광정보의 어떠한 속성이 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 최근 온라인보다는 이동하면서 관광정보를 얻는 스마트폰의 활용도가 급격히 증가함에 따라 다양한 서비스 속성이 제시되고 있고 효과적인 관광정보를 제공하는 연구가 진행되고 있어 스마트폰 활용관광정보에 대한 다양한 각도의 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 선행연구와 현장검토를 통해 설정된 스마트 폰 관광정보 서비스 속성을 도출하고 최근 스마트폰을 통한 관광을 한 경험을 한 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 수집된 자료를 요인분석과 다중회귀분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 요인분석을 통해 이용편리성, 상호작용성, 위치확인성, 용이성 등이 도출되었으며 관광만족도 및 후속태도와의 영향관계를 설명하였다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate service attribute of smart-phone travel information which influence travel satisfaction, credibility and travel behavior intention. Recently many tourists get the travel information through smart-phone, but little research has been conducted to identify which service attributes are important and influence to travel satisfaction and behavior intention. Based on the literature review, the service attribute of smart-phone attributes were identified and developed. Target sample of this study is people who recently traveled and collected travel information by using smart-phone. A total of 263 useful sample were collected from street survey in Seoul 2011. Factor analysis provided that there are five underlying dimensions of smart-phone travel information services. The results of multiple regression showed that smart-phone service attributes influence travel satisfaction, credibility and behavior intention.
