간호대학생의 DiSC 행동유형에 따른 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도의 차이

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 행동유형, 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도를 알아보고, 행동유형에 따른 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도의 차이를 파악하여 행동유형에 맞는 적절한 중재프로그램(우울, 불안, 스트레스 감소)을 도입 및 개발하는데 기초자료로 이용하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 D시 소재 대학교의 간호대학생 165명을 대상으로 하였고, 연구도구는 DiSC 개인 프로파일과 우울, 불안, 스트레스-21(depression, anxiety and stress scale-21; DASS-21)을 사용하였다. 분석은 실수와 백분율, 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA)를 이용하였다. 간호대학생의 행동유형을 분석한 결과로는 사교형이 43.6%로 가장 많았고, 안정형 29.7%, 신중형 15.8%, 주도형 10.9%로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 평균 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도는 7.66점, 6.51점, 13.5점으로 정상범위에 있었다. 행동유형에 따른 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도에서는 신중형이 우울 점수가 가장 높았고, 불안과 스트레스 정도는 주도형이 가장 높았으며, 사교형은 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 또한 행동유형에 따른 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도의 차이는 통계학적으로 유의하게 나타났다(F=5.07, p=.002; F=3.18, p=.026; F=3.83, p=.011). 따라서 우울, 불안, 스트레스 정도는 행동유형에 따라 차이를 보이므로 행동유형에 맞는 우울, 불안, 스트레스 감소 프로그램 도입 및 적용이 필요하겠다.

영문 초록

This paper was to identify differences in the levels of depression, anxiety and stress according to behavioral types for nursing students. A cross-sectional design and structured questionnaires were employed. A total of 165 nursing students participated in this study. This study reported that the percentage of behavioral types were 43.6% (influence), 29.7% (steadiness), 15.8% (conscientiousness), and 10.9% (dominance). Conscientiousness of behavioral types had the highest scores in depression and dominance in anxiety and stress. However, influence had the lowest scores in depression, anxiety and stress. There were significant differences among behavioral types for depression, anxiety and stress (F=5.07, p=.002; F=3.18, p=.026; F=3.83, p=.011). The study showed differences in the levels of depression, anxiety and stress dependent upon behavioral types. This study may help to use the optimal intervention to reduce depression, anxiety and stress according to behavioral types.
