국문 초록

기업의 정보화는 기업의 경쟁력을 도모하기 위한 중요한 수단이다. 특히 과거의 노동집약적 기업구조에서 기술집약적 구조로 탈바꿈하는 과정에 있어 기업의 정보화는 필수적인 수단이 된다. 현재 중국 기업의 경우 경제적 측면에서 급성장에도 불구하고 선진기업으로 도약하기 위한 과제들이 산재해 있다. 이에 현재 중국 주요 기업의 정보화 수준을 파악하고 취약점을 찾아내어 전사적 차원에서 정보화 수준을 개선시켜 나가기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것은 향후 국내 SI 업체가 중국 진출을 위한 중요한 전략적 재원이 될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 정보화 수준을 평가하기 위한 모델과 평가 기준을 토대로 정보화 지수체계를 구축하였다. 중국을 대표하는 5대 기업을 대상으로 수립된 정보화 수준 평가기준과 지수체계를 토대로 실증 분석을 수행하였으며, 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 확인 조사 및 보강 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 현재 중국 기업의 경우 산업의 성격에 따른 정보화 차이를 탐색할 수 있었으며, 정보화 의지 및 정보보안 부분은 정보화의 가장 취약한 부분으로 드러났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the IT performance level and find the characteristics and the vulnerabilities of information systems focusing on the leading Chinese local companies. To achieve this research purpose, theoretical and conceptional background were reviewed. And we adopted evaluation criterion to measure the IT performance level and suggested IT performance index. Through questionnaire survey from the 5 leading companies in China, we estimated the IT performance level of each company. Furthermore, we conducted additional research in order to improve reliability and accuracy of the previous questionnaire results and analyzed the IT performance index of the five companies by using AHP. The results firstly showed that overall IT performance level of Chinese companies were very lower than other market-driven companies. Secondly, we found that IT performance gap was significantly different depending on industrial characteristics of companies. In addition, we realized that the vulnerability factors of IT performance level were important for informatization and information security. Finally, consciousness expansion and perception change of all members of Chinese companies towards high level of IT performance were highly required with security policy and technology.
