조건부 이산 양적 확률화응답모형

국문 초록

민감한 조사에서 응답자들이 응답을 회피하거나 정직하게 응답하지 않는 질문들에 대하여 응답자의 신분이나 비밀을 노출시키지 않고서 민감한 질문에 대한 정보를 이끌어 내기 위하여 확률장치를 이용하여 간접 응답을 하도록 하는 확률화응답모형이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 덜 민감한 속성 B와 강요질문으로 구성된 확률장치를 통해 “예”라고 응답한 사람들만을 대상으로 Liu-Chow 모형을 사용하여 민감한 속성에 대한 좀 더 심층적인 이산 양적인 정보를 얻을 수 있는 조건부 이산 양적 확률화응답모형을 제안하고 그 이론적 체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 또한, 제안한 조건부 이산 양적 확률화응답모형과 Liu-Chow 모형과의 효율성을 비교한 결과 2단계 절차를 거친 조건부 이산 양적 확률화응답모형이 Liu-Chow모형보다 효율성이 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Randomized response model(RRM) was developed by Warner(1965) to procure genuine information from respondent not revealed his/her identity for the sensitive questions in survey which could be often evaded or answered wrong. Since then, many researchers in various fields of economics, business administration, and sociology have worked and extended RRM to estimate the amounts or proportions of sensitive characters from population. We suggest a conditional RRM by extending the Carr et al. model to multinomial one which applied the Liu-Chow model to obtain more depth sensitive discrete quantitative information and organized theoretical basis. According to the method only people who answered “Yes” to the questions in Carr et al.’s which was composed by less than sensitive character of B and forced answer question respond to the question by using Liu-Chow model. Finally, we compare the efficiency of the suggested model to Liu-Chow one.
