국문 초록

그리스도인 양성은 2차 바티칸 공의회 이후, 평신도 그리스도인까지 포함한 모든 교회 구성원이 참여하는 교회 공동체의 모습을 이루어가는 데에 있어, 가장 중요한 사안중의 하나이다. 왜냐하면, 양성을 통해서만 신앙을 강화하며, 신앙을 전파할 수 있는 교회의 근본 사명을 실현할 수 있기 때문이다. 그러므로, 계속해서 오늘날까지 그리스도인의 양성에 대한 강조와 방향 설정은 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 무엇보다, 이러한 양성의 올바른 방향을 설정하는 데에 있어 우선적이면서도 중요한 것은 보편 교회의 가르침에 대한 올바른 이해와 그 적용에 대한 부분일 것이다. 무엇보다 교회를 이루는 모든 이들에 대한 구체적인 양성의 방향성에 대한 구체적인 논의 재점화는 성 요한 바오로 2세의 교황권고들을 통해 확인해 볼 수 있다. 평신도 그리스도인-성직자-수도자로 이어지는 그리스도인에 대한 양성의 인간적, 신학적, 사목적 다양한 측면에 대한 논의를 통해, 그리스도인의 양성의 공통된 요소들을 발견하게 된다. 곧, 교회 안의 신분과 역할의 차이에서의 양성의 특수성이 존재하지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 모든 그리스도인은 그리스도를 향한 자신의 삶을 모으는 삶의 일치의 통일성을 지니는 것이다. 이러한 관점을 요한 바오로 2세의 권고들을 비교, 분석함으로써 재확인할 수 있으며, 이러한 양성의 본질적 고유성이 서로 유기적으로 모든 교회 구성원들 안에 연결되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 곧, 그리스도인의 양성은 어느 한 부분의 양성이 아닌, 전체적인 통합적 맥락에서 양성되어야 한다는 점이다. 21세기를 시작하면서 이런한 통합적 양성의 맥락은 계속해서 선임 교황의 가르침 안에 이어져 오고 있다. 모든 그리스도인의 양성의 공통된 요소들을 통해, 양성의 주체와 대상은 어느 누구만의 몫이 아닌 모든 그리스도인이며, 상호간의 연대와 협력에서만 진정한 통합적 양성이 가능한 것임을 다시 발견하게 된다. 이것이 바로, 앞으로의 교회가 계속해서 강조하고 발전시켜 가야 할 양성의 핵심이며, 현대의 모든 그리스도인의 소명이자 사명임을 기억해야 한다.

영문 초록

Christian formation is one of the most important issues in shaping the church community, which includes all church members, including laymen and Christians, after the Second Vatican Council. This is because only through formation can we strengthen faith and realize the fundamental mission of the church that can spread faith. Therefore, the emphasis and directional setting on Christian Formation is becoming an important topic to this day. Above all, the priority in setting the right direction of the formation will be on the correct understanding and application of universal church guidance. The re-ignition of specific discussions on the direction of specific formation for all who make up the church can be confirmed through the apostolic expositions of St. John Paul II. Common elements of the positive of the Christ are found through discussions on the various aspects of the human, theological and theological and the mission of the positive towards the Christians from lay people, to clergy and religious person. In other words, there exists a speciality of formation in the difference between status and role in the church. Nevertheless every Christian has the unity of life that collects his own life toward Christ. By comparing and analyzing this view with John Paul II s apostolic exhortation, this study confirms that the essential uniqueness of the formation is organically linked to each other within all church members. In short, Christian Formation must be nurtured in the overall integrated context, not in any part of that. At the beginning of the 21st century, this context of integrated formation has continued within the teachings of the senior pope. Through the common elements of Christian Formation, the main agents and subjects of formation are all Christians, not just anyone s share, and integrated nourishment is possible only in mutual solidarity and cooperation. It should be remembered that this is the core of the formation that future churches must continue to emphasize and develop, and the calling and mission of all Christians of today.
