학원의 서비스품질이 관계품질과 관계유지의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 학원의 서비스품질이 고객의 만족과 신뢰로 구성된 관계품질에 미치는 영향과 관계품질이 관계유지의도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 학원의 관계마케팅을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 시도되었다. 분석 결과, 고객이 지각하는 서비스품질은 관계품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 관계품질은 관계유지의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객의 관계유형과 거래기간이 관계유지의도에 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과 관계유형에 따라서는 차이가 있었지만, 거래기간에 따라서는 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

Through this study, it has been founded that the service quality customers recognize has a positive effect on relationship quality, and the relationship quality also has a positive effect on the relationship maintenance intention. And also it has been confirmed that relationship pattern are interrelated with the relationship maintenance intention while transaction period are not so. As the institute s service quality has an effect on the relationship quality, it is needed that the factors constituting service quality should be strengthened, and accordingly the customer satisfaction level should be increased for the group that shows different relationship maintenance intention to different relationship qualities.
