IPA 분석을 통한 중국 관광객의 감천문화마을 관광 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 다시 상승하고 있는 중국인 관광객의 방문 추세에 맞추어 문화적 요소가 가미된 도시재생 문화마을인 감천문화마을을 중국인 관광객이 만족하고 재방문율 높은 관광지로 발돋움할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 중국인 방문객들이 관광목적지를 고려하는 선택속성이 무엇인지 실증분석을 통해 도출하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 감천문화마을에 방문한 중국 관광객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 153부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석을 실시하였고, 감천문화마을의 관광지 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도의 차이분석을 위해 대응표본 t검정(paired t-test)을 실시하였다. 그리고 관광지 선택속성별 강점과 약점의 상대적인 위치를 파악하기 위해 IPA분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 제1사분면(약점)에는 ‘접근성 및 교통의 편리’, ‘휴식공간의 확보’ ‘노약자 및 장애인 편의시설’ 등 3개 속성들이 나타났으며, 제2사분면(강점)에는 ‘알록달록한 주거지 풍경’, ‘마을의 자연경관’, ‘정보습득의 용이’, ‘상가종사원의 친절’, ‘마을의 청결과 위생’ 등 5개 속성들로 나타났다. 본 연구는 감천문화마을에서 중국인 방문객들이 고려하는 관광지 선택속성을 IPA 분석을 활용하여 중요도와 만족도를 측정하고 비교·평가를 통해서 감천문화마을에 중국인 관광객을 유치하는 데 유용한 정보와 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Gamcheon Culture Village, one of the most attractive destinations with an increasing number of visitors, has featured its own scenery, nostalgia and culture art. This study was intended to examine the Chinese visitor s perception of the selection attributes in terms of importance and satisfaction using IPA. A total of 153 responses were analyzed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and paired t-test. According to the IPA result of destination selection attributes, the landscapes of the village was top ranked in the both importance and performance criteria. The quadrant 1 includes three attributes such as accessibility and transportation to town , Facilities for the elderly and the disabled , more spaces for rest . The quadrant 2 includes five attributes such as natural landscape of the town , colorful residential landscape , Ease of Information Acquisition , kindness of the sales staffs and cleanliness and sanitary condition of the town . The results of this study showed that management should allocate more resources to make such improvements as enhancing the physical environment, the expansion of the vulnerable infrastructure, the development of the new tourism contents, the diversified marketing strategy, the importance of the communication for the sustainable tourism.
