국문 초록

한국기업들은 그동안 전략혁신의 중요성에도 불구하고 혁신전략을 추진하는 과정에서 전략적 혁신의 중요성을 인식하고 있었는지 그리고 혁신을 통해 어떻게 경영전략을 수립하였는지에 대해서는 많은 의문의 여지가 있다. 그리하여 본 연구는 전략혁신에 대한 이론 및 연구모형의 고찰을 통하여 부산지역 혁신형 중소기업의 연구를 통하여 바람직한 전략혁신의 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 실증적 연구를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 전략적 혁신의 선행요인과 전략혁신 간의 인과관계결과를 살펴보면, 내부혁신이 전략혁신에 미치는 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인적자원혁신과 내부과정 혁신 및 자원의 활용도 전략혁신에 미치는 영향력은 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기업들은 혁신활동에서 문화적 요인, 조직요인, 인적자원 요인 등에 관심을 많이 기울여서 경영활동을 추구한다면, 기업들의 전략혁신을 가져오는데 좋은 요인으로 작용할 수 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 둘째, 전략혁신과 성과의 인과관계분석결과를 살펴보면, 전략혁신은 경쟁적 지위 및 고객가치에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 기업들인 전략혁신을 통하여 새로운 고객가치를 창출하고 기술혁신과 공정혁신을 통해 경쟁력 지위의 향상을 가져온다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic innovation effects on the basis for corporate performance of innovative firms in Busan regional area.A desired organizational innovation program result for innovative firms is the effective management of antecedence of strategic innovation and outcome as corporate performance, and it appears that the way the organization manages to the strategic innovations to achieve the results following as value for consumers and competitive position. Based on previous approaches, this study identifies the main underlying relationships which influence sustainable competitive advantage through strategic innovation . As the growing organizational innovation systems of innovative firms, the fit of culture & innovation vary with strategy and corporate performance. The implication is that strategic innovation may require some fits in order to have the desired for corporate performance .These strategic innovation-performance models show how such a framework enables us to explain antecedence of strategic innovation have positive relationship to fit the strategic innovation. On that basis, we can further understand the relationships between strategic innovation and corporate performance.
